Located in a somewhat unsafe neighborhood. Driving through at night feels very sketchy. We must have seen 5 cop cars in less than a mile on our way here. Which at least is something. The staff barely can speak/understand English. We had a little trouble ordering because there was something lost in translation. The selection of items they have is amazing. The store doesn’t look super clean, but they do have mangonadas which is what we were looking for. The mangoes were really good, but the icy mango lacked sweetness of those we’ve had in California and Mexico. It was very sour. We want to go back and try some of the other fruit offerings but possibly in the day time.

I love supporting small businesses, but this is not acceptable. (I bought a total of 5 fruit cups)
1.)I called the store to let them know that the fruits they are selling is rotten. Their response was “I’m sorry I can’t do anything about it unless you bring the fruits back.” I live 20 minutes away from the location(I took the time to drive all the way out there to have some “fresh fruits”).
2.)I called in to place an order so it can be ready for pick-up.I had to wait 10 minutes because my order was not ready.
3.) The gentleman that took my phone call was laughing saying “the fruits we sell everyday is picked fresh”.
I’m sorry to do this but avoid this place POOR customer service.

This place is already on the map. Located in a small strip mall type. After searching for “mangonadas” we finally found a really good spot. The gentleman behind the counter was a friendly guy. After about 5 minutes of preparing it we had to stuff our faces. Ofcourse after a picture of it. Soo good.

I went in and ordered 4 ice creams 1 fruit cup and 1 cholada. The fruit cup was messy and it had mango, watermelon and pineapple. The mango taste like onions, very very strongly and the watermelon was flavorless. The cholada was super messy with the wrong ice cream and while eating it found a piece of cheese in it. The way the lady at the register spoke to me was very rude (acting like I’m an idiot for not knowing that you dont pick the ice cream flavor until they call you for your order, she could have told me in a way nicer tone and without rolling her eyes like 3 times) The owners brother served the ice cream, he was very kind and very good at following the instructions of the ice cream but in all honestly other than him everything else was a disaster. I really recommend you don’t hire people that dont know the importance of customer service for your business to keep its good appearance and also keep the vegetables away from fruit. I spoke spanish the whole entire tome so it definitely wasn’t a communication issue.

The Dubai chocolate strawberries were 0/10. Some of the strawberries were spoiled, it barely had any pistachio cream, which is not even cream, it’s more like a jelly consistency, it’s clear you can see that is water down
(don’t know if they make their own pistachio cream and that’s why it has that weird consistency) It had a lot of pistachio nuts and it barely had any chocolate, all I tasted was the pistachio nuts. I’m a big fan of Dubai strawberries and this was NOT IT!

Went into this establishment all I got was attitude. Very unprofessional. Treat your customers with respect.
To Mr Charlie’s happy corn : I was in the right store . Not everyone has a good attitude about working there. I decided to support a small business . With that being said not every day is a good day. You can check your cameras review all the footage as you want. It still won’t change the fact that your customer service is not great. I hope you understand. This is honest review and this experience with your business was not a pleasant one.

Went for the Mexican Hotdog. Ended up with 2 hotdogs, elote, nachos, a slushy, and Fresca! Amazing! Delicious! The flavors were wonderful. Definitely will be back!
