There was a young lady that made my food. Small framed lady, I wish I had asked her name. She was incredibly efficient but also made my sandwich with amazing care, even picking out the best tomatoes. She truly went above and beyond. It amazing to see the craftsmanship and pride in someone’s work she showed. She is an asset to this store, petite lady with brown hair in ponytail.

Every single time I order through this subway it’s completely wrong. I called the location for a refund as I cannot eat the food and am running late for work. The girl on the phone was completely rude. Said she fixed the sandwich and stated “so idk what was wrong with it” then hung up on me. I called back to get her name and was yelled at on the phone and hung up on again. This is the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced and will never try and order from this location again.

Terrible store never order delivery they will rip you off , first time BLT had only 2 slices bacon, 2nd time did not deliver everything I ordered and lied that they put it in the bag but I had video evidence with delivery and sticker had not been tampered with manager hostile, rude and lied about giving me a refund which she never did

I am beginning to wonder if this is a southern thing. It is 3:30 in the afternoon And they are closed for a little while. Makes 0 sense. Maybe if management hired people that can handle their jobs, they wouldn’t need to close in the middle of the day.

Wouldn’t give 1 star- came at opening 8am and was told there were not ready to take any orders . Couldn’t tell me how long it would be till they were ready to serve customers- just lost out on a big order went elsewhere

My sandwich maker was John. A VERY large African-American. I ordered a 6” Turkey sub. The problem was that any garnish I asked for I had to beg for more. “Lot’s of onion, please.” He threw on a few slices. “Ah, a little more., please.’
I literally had to beg him for other garnishes as well,
You would have thought that he had to pay for the garnishes out of own pocket. My sandwich was quite light.
If John is serving you, maybe better to go to McDonald’s.

If circle k’s drink machines are down, they somehow cant refund your drink because it’s a “3rd party” even though you order directly through their app. No option to refund through the app either. Don’t expect anything to be correct, both of our sandwiches were completely wrong like they just glanced at the ticket and did it by whatever they remembered. The cookie display regularly has flies in it, and (although this part isn’t subways fault necessarily) the whole gas station store in general was disgusting. I barely felt comfortable walking on the floor with my shoes on or putting my cup on the counters let alone my sub. Just the worst option for subways in the area, recommend you drive a few more minutes to the subway at Walmart because they’re WAY better than here. Way cleaner and get most things correct.

The customer service was great. But when you find a bug in your food that you just paid for something has to be said. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I was getting ready to tear into a bacon, egg and cheese and then I saw this massive roach on my sandwich.
