We came by on a very busy day and it seemed there was a crowd that came just as two employees went on their break. Zaria held the place down! She was still greeting people as they came in, making smoothies, and taking orders. Slowly but surely we got our food exactly as we ordered it. Thank you, Zaria!

I love Smoothie King. I always go to the location on Lake Murray Boulevard and always get the Hulk Coffee smoothie. This smoothie tastes amazing. One time it wasn’t made right and they remade the smoothie for me. I like the vibes at this location and they are always friendly. I really love the taste of this smoothie and I go there all the time!

I am not satisfied with the service nor the product I received today at Smoothie King. I used a gift card and this experience was terrible. A lady made my iceberg non blended non smoothie order. It took forever after she made contact with her family member to talk before making my order. I really want my money back but I had absolutely no time to wait as I had already waited 20 minutes with no other customers except her family members visiting. I’m trying to download the picture. This smoothie is disgusting.

I got a strawberry smoothie, and the only thing I could taste was peanut butter?? The blender had to have been cleaned so poorly (or not at all) that I couldn’t taste anything else. I have never had a smoothie this bad, and I have been to smoothie kings all over the country. Thank Goodness I don’t have a peanut allergy. I don’t think they would care anyway.

I stopped in yesterday morning around 9:30 on my way to do some errands with my daughter. When we went in the store there was one customer waiting for her order. We walked up to the counter and there was only one gentleman working. He did acknowledge us at first. Once the other patron received her order he came over to the register said “how you doing?” To us and proceeded to print off and prep several online orders. Never said I’ll be right with you etc. we stood at the counter for 10 mins while this person ignored us and went about his business. We eventually ended up leaving without being served. I took my money to Starbucks instead. What happened to helping customers in front of you first? What happened to basic communication and acknowledgement? Terrible service.

Always super nice. I only ever wait a little bit when there’s 2 or more people before me. When it’s empty, you’ll be in there less than 5 minutes. I’ve seen a couple new employees too and they do great

This bowl looked nothing like the picture. $13.19 on a bowl that was less than half way filled. This is my second time at this location and it was horrible the first time which resulted in refunding me. Today ai decided to give them another try. Long story short – I should’ve followed my gut instinct and went up to the Peak exit to that Smoothie King or downtown on Lincoln street if Justin is there to make it. I’m not sure why these employees aren’t being trained on how to make the bowl look like the picture. It can’t be rocket science! I’m done eating these bowls since there is a lack of consistency. I mean it be way off. How do you feel comfortable handing a customer a product like this. Pics below. I don’t want a call from the district manager because I don’t feel like hearing the generic bs. Train your efing employees or stop selling the bowl period!!!!
