This is a fantastic spot. It’s a locally owned establishment that offers exceptional service and features some truly unique items for sale.
It’s definitely not what you’d typically expect from a Mexican restaurant. In fact, it’s more likely that the cuisine is actually Guatemalan. The food is delicious, and you can definitely taste that it’s made with care and lots of passion.

Heydy’s Place was truly an incredible experience. The atmosphere and artwork is amazing inside this restaurant. What’s impressive is how they translate that to their food. Heydy’s Place blends Guatemalan and Mexican culture and cuisine into their incredible thought out dishes.
The food we had on our Spotlight visit at Heydy’s left us wanting more of their menu items. The Tamale was so soft, tender, it was moist, it had me questioning how they could be a this level. The Pork Enchilada, was exceptionally delicious as well. Heydy’s Place has this way of getting their meats so tender that every bite keeps raising the bar.
The Pork Relleno was this perfectly cooked pepper with a light batter stuffed with fork tender pork, seasoned to perfection. The balance of flavors in this was amazing.
Heydy’s is a true culinary experience, they’ve taken some incredible popular dishes and spun them into their own recipes. They’ve put passion and attention to detail in everything they serve. Elevating meals you might have had before but making them their way.
As a foodie and content creator I can’t tell you how much I enjoy this place. The customer service was exceptional, the food was presented so appealing, and the taste took you to new heights.

My daughter comes here weekly on laundry day and brags about how great Heydry’s. I flew in from Florida and thought we’d try it out while we are here. I got the taco salad. It was amazing! The rest of my party got burritos. They were huge and delicious as well. But what was best, was the hospitality. The two gentlemen were amazing hosts. If I’m ever in Oklahoma again, I’m definitely stopping by again!

We’re local. Our first time here. Great service given with big friendly smiles! The seating area is wrapped in amazing hand-painted murals. The air is filled with appropriate music and smells of wonder dishes being prepared!

The restaurant was very clean and nice and cool inside. The restrooms were some of the cleanest I’ve seen and had a changing table available in the women’s restroom.
The food was amazing, very filling and delicious. We were not disappointed! The staff were friendly and helpful and we didn’t have to wait to have our order taken.

Wow!!!! We were passing through Enid and found this amazing Latin food spot. First, the staff were extremely helpful in assisting us in what to order. Their service was second to none. While we were eating, the owner even came out to our table visit with us. Secondly, the food and drinks will rival any 5 star restaurant. We ordered a supreme burrito bowl, birria tacos and longaniza tacos. The rice, which isn’t “Spanish” rice is spectacular and the meat is perfectly seasoned and cooked. The birria tacos were really good. We had better, but these are quality. The longaniza taco, however, was one of the best tacos we’ve ever eaten. This is a must order. The homemade chips are spectacular and salsas are so flavorful. We don’t know what they do with the agua frescas but they are soooo good. We will be making a road trip from OKC back here just for the food.

My husband and I ate here for the first time today and we are both very pleased with our experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and everyone was very kind and helpful the entire time. The atmosphere is pleasant with stunning murals painted on the walls and I liked that the music playing wasn’t super loud. The food was so delicious too! Authentic flavors and dishes made the entire experience great! 10/10 will come back and recommend you come try this place if you haven’t already.

This is pretty much my go-to spot for lunch during the week. If I don’t bring my lunch to work, Heydy’s is what I want! They have a very diverse menu. The prices per plate are decent, the portions are good, the flavors and cooking are all on point for everything I have tried. My favorites are the birria tacos and loaded fries with steak!! The workers at the drive-thru windows have been very nice and awesome too!
