With this location being open for only 3 months, it has gone downhill quickly! I don’t blame the servers, I blame the management.
My husband and I have gone there every weekend since they opened. The last 3 times have been awful but, this last time was the worst.
The number of online orders and door dash orders was overwhelming for the staff.
Which left the customers in line having to wait. The food bar was dried out and several trays were empty. The steak, the beans and the veggies empty. We almost left but, tried to have patience. The servers were trying their best but, there wasn’t enough of them to accomplish what needed done. The dinning room was filthy, tables, floor and the drink area was disgusting. They didn’t have enough people to take care of what needed to be done. We were there for 45 minutes waiting for food to get cooked so we could even order. After getting home to eat it, the taste was awful, I threw half of mine away. Again, I don’t blame the servers, I blame management! Those people were so overwhelmed, we prayed for them after we left. For the customer line was to the door and they still had online orders to do. And, to note, if someone has a long beard, they have no business serving food without having a net on it. Again, management and health issue!
Kudos to the hard workers trying to make it through that shift and BOO to the poor management!

The dark-haired young woman who helped us was extremely friendly. We had a very large order with 6 people and she handled it so well and was patient with us while being quick and efficient. I would absolutely recommend this store based solely on her!

I was very excited about a location opening in Franklin and visited quite a few times within the first couple of months it was open. However, I’m scarred from ever going back there. I got food poisoning within minutes of eating my steak bowl last time I visited. I’ve had Qdoba many times at various locations and this has only happened at the Franklin location. I’ve also been served by visibly ill employees who shouldn’t be handling food. Lastly, the environment in the restaurant is poor. The employees seem unhappy to be there and will openly discuss it while serving food to customers. Overall this location has been a let down in terms of quality and service.

Everyone was working so hard the lady upfront with pinkish blue hair was awesome she made the order and she cashed me out I’m a regular and she always smiles and says have a great day! I appreciate everything the workers due to:) dining room was clean trash was full but it didn’t look like many people were working but on down time trash should be taking out in customers opinion thank you for doing everyone best food was great she told she she’s still learning to roll burritos correct and apologize will definitely be comin back she always smiled and said have a great day and apologized for waiting a few minutes so very very much thank you to you all… OK

I love missing food from my order, calling this store, getting told “we are too busy figure it out” and then subsequently being hung up on. Going into their app to file a claim brings up nothing as Franklin isn’t a listed Qdoba location. I get being busy but if I pay for an 18 dollar bowl and it doesn’t show up, i’d hope at a bare minimum I could get a refund or another bowl, will give it a couple of days then will be filing a charge back if no one reaches out. What a joke.

We almost left when ordering our food…Every scoop of food, meat, veg, guacamole and even THE RICE was barely covering the circumference of the ladle/spoon. My double meat burrito was smaller than a NORMAL portion burrito, my wife’s bowl contents didn’t extend past the brim. I’m honestly baffled of such a strange encounter that really has never happened to us at any QUDOBA ever. Feed the people Q and for the love of all please better season all the food.

There was one lady at the counter and she was extremely slow. It took a better part of 25-30 minutes for her to serve two people in front of me and my party of 4. A lot of the food was down to the bottom of the trays but she didn’t ask for refills from anyone in the back. I used the last tiny scraping of soup, queso, and peppers. I got a pretty small portion. And the food was cold by the time we got to our seats because she took so long.

We ordered Qdoba today ! The food was absolutely delicious! It was fresh made correctly and the staff was incredible!!! Definitely give them a try!!! We ordered online and picked up at the window!

You can tell everyone’s still new but it’s only been a week so they need time to work out the kinks. My review is more towards who I assume was the general manager, he was more worried about skimping out on peoples food than he was getting the long line moving. My bowl was way lighter than it is when I go to any other Qdoba, even when I asked for extra I got a normal portion.
