I remember when this place used to always be packed when I was a kid, but it’s still a good experience. My 6 year old wanted to eat here today because she specifically likes the salad bar. I got her the kids pepperoni pizza and salad bar, my 12 year old the turkey hoagie and fries, and I got the 8 piece traditional wings and fries. The 12 year old swears the fries were the best ever, I liked my wings, but I really love the fountain Root Beer. My 6 year old was full from her mini pizza so she didn’t get to eat much of her loaded up salad she had to have. I asked a worker for a to go container and a worker said we couldn’t take the salad to go. I asked if I could get a refund on it then, so she got the manager. I’m pretty grateful the manager decided to let us take it to go, because it’s the one reason we went there. If I had known of the policy for ordering it “to go” before hand I would have done that, because one bowl is plenty for my daughter. It’s not like she’s going to go through a second time for another bowl. I’m giving 5 stars for food, service, and the manager being understanding and cooperative for this momma who didn’t want to see her 6 year old throw a tantrum in the restaurant. Thank you so much!!

For starters the food itself was fine. We waited and extra 25 minutes than what we were told. That is also fine , I get it, it was busy. Now during our wait I was watching the lady in the kitchen cutting the pizzas . Not one single time did she wipe off the cutting rocker thing. For someone with allergies thats a no go. I had to then ask them to please clean it off before cutting my calzone. Unfortunately it was too late and they offered to remake it but i declined because of the time. If you or someone you know has food allergies just make sure to ask them to clean it so that there’s no cross contamination. Next time I will know to ask them to do that. Plus its kinda gross not to wipe it off.

We experienced a disappointing lack of service during our recent visit. We placed a pickup order that was estimated to be ready in 15 minutes. Upon arrival, we waited an additional 15 minutes at the drive-thru window past the promised time with no updates or sense of urgency. During this delay, multiple employees were standing idle rather than working to ensure orders were completed in a timely manner. As visitors from out of town, this experience has unfortunately left a poor impression, and we do not plan to return.

Came here with 3 people to do the lunch buffet right at 12 o’clock, and we waited over 30 minutes for them to actually place Pizza out for the amount of people that they had in the building, they never kept up with the demand of people getting a lunch buffet, so we ended up getting a refund and leaving the restaurant only got to eat a salad. No Pizza whatsoever, very disappointed in this store.

On November 15th, my family took me to Mazzio’s in Bartlesville for my birthday. We ordered a medium Italian sausage pizza, three salad bars, and three drinks (around $40). Despite waiting over 45 minutes, our pizza never arrived.
During this time, the female employee who took our order showed obvious favoritism to an older man in a Sooners t‑shirt and his wife. She kept bringing them food, giving them extra attention, and even telling them she loved them, while ignoring our table completely. We were never given a receipt, which added to the frustration.
This was supposed to be a special birthday meal, but instead we left upset and empty‑handed. Very poor service, and I hope management takes this seriously.

I use to come here all the time and use the pick up lane and now I won’t be returning. I use to never have a issue with ordering now each time I go my food is no where to be found(after I paid for it at the window and told to pull up and wait”). 2 weeks ago I came ordered online came to pick up was told about 15 mins, pulled up waited 20, drove back around, still another 15, pulled up waited, finally I went back around and the guy told me “we’re not sure what even happened with your order” after I waited 50 mins. Never had these issues before. Today I went same thing ordered online etc. I pull up like the lady said and sat there for 15 mins and she never came to bring me my order. I go back through the drive through and get my food which had been sitting on the warming shelf the 1st time I pulled through and it was old and nasty. Wasn’t even worth the wait to have it remade or the hassle to get a refund. Idk if it’s new staff but the staff is HORRIBLE NOW. Very lazy and no one seems to even care to apologize.

I knew something wasn’t right when the people in front of us gave up and walked away without anyone coming to the register. We waited, which wasn’t bad, we were figuring out what we wanted. We figured out what to order…where were the employees? No clue for a bit. Saw one walk by, not a word. Customer service is severely lacking these days. Finally a girl came out and told us the wait was 40 minutes. I was already looking for other places to go. Badly managed if a large order throws everyone into a frenzy.

We ordered Mazzios online tonight – a one-topping pizza and 8 wings. Got to the restaurant to pick it up and it was not ready. They kept telling us they were waiting on the wings. Waited almost 20 minutes for it to be ready, and they did offer us a free small ranch for the wait (which we had not complained about – they just realized it was slow). Got home right down the road and they only gave us 7 wings and the wings and pizza were both ice cold and the pizza was hard. I don’t mind waiting now and then – places get busy. And I don’t mind food that maybe sat a bit when I’m late picking it up. But getting cold hard food after waiting 20 minutes after pick-up time for it to be ready and not even receiving everything you paid for is wild. We’re crossing this Mazzios off our list from now on.

Everytime i order the big ranch i get charged but it never makes it to my house.l, and just tonight when i ordered for myself and my two kids, both of my kids pizzas had 2 to 3 pieces missing.. Paying over $12.99 per pizza and has missing pieces. Hmmmm

What is going on in here? The wait times are insanely long. You will stand at the front counter for several minutes before someone even walks up. Customer service definitely needs some improvement here.
