I work around the corner from here and this was my first time coming to this restaurant. It was amazing! I try to find the most authentic thai food since you can say I’m kind of a snob when it comes to it. The restaurant was steady for a Friday night dinner with my daughter and phone was ringing for carry out. I ordered the thai chicken wings, spring rolls, ginger fish, pad thai with chicken medium spice, drunken fried rice with shrimp medium spice, and hot and sour soup. Everything was definitely fresh and authentic. Spring rolls were big with plenty of filling inside. Hot and sour soup my daughter loved and it was her first time trying it. I’ve had plenty of hot and sour from different thai and Chinese restaurants and this by far was the best. The ginger fish was delicious with the fresh ginger on top. The drunken fried rice was also great with the veggies and basil in it with just the right amount of spice. My daughter loved the pad thai because it wasn’t too sweet like other thai places and the noodles itself weren’t mushy like some places are. Our server was very friendly and polite and also made sure our waters were filled and she kept up with all of our requests. The staff itself here is very friendly. I would recommend anyone to try this place and I’ll keep this restaurant in my rotation of food places. Check them out if you haven’t yet because you won’t be disappointed.

Since we moved to a new office, I’ve been on the hunt for a good Thai spot. I tried two other places before this one, and let me just say—third time really is the charm! A coworker recommended Siam Spicy II, and I’m so glad they did.

I used to visit their old location on Woodward (sadly, it looks like COVID took that one out), but this spot absolutely delivers. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and went with mild since I was playing it safe. It came with hot and sour soup—which I’d never tried before—and it was fantastic!

The service was top-notch and super friendly, and my food came out quick—perfect for a lunch break. The restaurant itself has that classic strip mall vibe, but don’t let that fool you. The food is on point.

It’s close to the office, so this is definitely going to be a regular lunch stop for me. If you’re looking for great Thai food in the area, this is the place!

Excellent Thai food and a great overall experience. The flavors were authentic, well-balanced, and fresh. Every dish we tried was prepared perfectly, with generous portions and just the right level of spice.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

This is the kind of place you want to come back to—whether for a casual dinner or when you are craving good, reliable Thai food. Highly recommend.

I went to this place for the first time for carryout. The customer service was good and the food was ready upon my arrival. I ordered the kow pad with shrimp and chicken with mild spice. It was flavorful, the perfect amount of spice and a nice portion. I also ordered their spring rolls and I likes the fact that they had orders of two or five spring rolls. It also helped that they were the size of an egg roll. They were delicious and not greasy. I would definitely recommend and they were really affordable compared to other area thai food restaurants.

OMG! I just tried Siam Spicy for the first time and it is THE BEST THAI food I’ve had in Michigan. Wow! I ordered pad thai, red curry and crab rangoon. The Crab Rangoon deserves an award by itself. I swear they made it from scratch. I’ll be back!

First time here.
The food was delicious and the size of the portion was also good. I liked everything about what I ordered but I would probably suggest adding a bit of spices to the beef as the beef was a bit tasteless itself but with the noodles was fine.
The lady that was taking orders was very nice.
I recommend this place and if I’m around the area I’ll go back.

Siam Spicy never disappoints, but Kimmy truly went above and beyond. She was welcoming, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Big shoutout to Kimmy she’s the reason we’ll be coming back!
