Sleeping employees sitting around. Paid $50 for a meal and was missing items. Rather than going back to the store and wasting 20 minutes of my life, AND DOLLARS, you get this review. These people are the worst! This is my second time here this week and probably my last. You would think that this being THE Coral Springs would have a better quality of customer service? Not!!!
I’ve received better service from the chicken joint in the Hood. At least in the Hood my order was correct and the service was fast.
It’s no like I ordered a customized meal.
Slow doesn’t begin to describe it. I was concerned that the four cars behind me would think I was the hold up.
It was so bad that the young lady that took my order reprimanded the other workers for being so slow and spending too much time back there talking.
This was my first time here.
Now today, they couldn’t hear me, didn’t understand me or whatever but she was struggling to get my order right.
All I wanted were three soft steak tacos, nothing more, no drink or anything else.
See the picture…looks like they threw it together. I didn’t even get a chance to eat it all, it was stuck on the paper.
One of the other tacos was wrapped so poorly, it was folded into the paper.
I guess it’s a new menu item, instead of a Pepper Steak Taco, it’s a Paper Steak Taco.
And there wasn’t even a line in the store or behind me. Do, it’s not like they were busy.
It appears to me that they just don’t care!!!

Hadn’t been to KFC in over 3-years. A visiting family member loves KFC and we got the 12-piece Original bucket.
Pleasantly surprised for sure. Has KFC changed the original recipe a bit? The chicken was less oily than usual and definitely felt healthier.
Service was very courteous. Although, you may want them to double bag bigger orders. My order almost fell through the bag as the man passed it through the window.
Great service. Might give it a try again soon.

Came in today with my coworkers for 5 mashed potato bowls. Such a disappointment. Everyone agreed the popcorn chicken looked old but we tried it anyway. Absolutely gross. It tasted like it was several days old. Never again.

Waited in the drive thru for 28 minutes only to receive a crushed hard taco, and “nachos bell grande” without the ingredients that make it the nachos bell grande. Will not be back to this location, would rather spend the $2 in gas to drive to the one on winston park.

I stopped by here this past Saturday and ordered a chicken sandwich. I requested NO PICKLES! Receipt shows NO PICKLES. Guess what, I GOT PICKLES! I’m allergic to pickles. I had to switch meals with my wife. WTH kfc?

Not that bad, but compared to the KFC on Hillsboro ,this is a bit behind and by behind i mean the bucket is not filled up ….chicken was not as crunchy, mashed potatoes very dry….as i said…not bad as taste….but needs improvement and take example after the KFC on Hillsboro for improvement, i will check next time and if things change…i will gladly change my rating, btw i had the chicken bucket (tenders)…overall tastes good, just a slight improvement would make things drastically better.

Our chicken tasted old and dried, tough and greasy. The chicken legs were way to small. We go there often and legs have been decent sized and chicken fresh. I tried calling to complain but no answer and mail box full. So I am leaving this review so they know I received bad chicken. Very disappointed
