The experience in itself was fine, it’s just the fact that after I had already finished my milkshake when I found a long hair at the BOTTOM. Typically I’m not one to complain, but by food safety measures individuals should have long hair in either a braid or bun. I just wouldn’t prefer a strangers hair in my mouth, but the shake was good!!

Never ever come to this location!
Ordered chicken stripe with honey BBQ. NOT!! They gave me barely wet strips. Dry dry dry!!!
And it was done on purpose to squeeze more money from me.
So I asked for extra sauce and it took more than 5 mins considering I was the ONLY person inside the store.
At this point you played with my food! Not today! Refund me the money.
BEWARE!!! I will tell everyone not to come here not to this location.
This location sucks!

After the delivery service left my food and only brought my drink, Trevor and Kaiden saved the day. They made an effort to call me and tell me the situation. I made my way to the DQ to pick it up, and they were kind enough to make it fresh for me. Their dedication to quality and service demonstrates that they deserve a raise. Thank you!

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged by any of the employees. Once I finally did put my order in at 12:58 I stood back and watched another gentleman come in attempt to place his order and get completely ignored by all staff for about 10 minutes. of course being fast food you think that I wouldn’t be waiting 10 minutes. while I was waiting I observed them talking on their headsets to each other about video games and other things I got to the point the gentleman behind me, said something to him and confirmed my suspicion that they were just talking to each other and not actually servicing their customers. This nightmare finally ended at 1:12 when I received my order I do not recommend and I strongly suggest Dairy Queen upper management do something about this.

The slowest Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Whether it is inside or drive-thru, it takes forever to get your food. Sometimes you can sit just 15 min to even order food in the drive thru.

My most recent trip to DQ was better than the ones before. They seem to have new workers now with a faster drive through line. I placed my order through the app and drove right up to get my food. The staff was friendly and the food was as ordered. Unfortunately, the cheese burger does not compare to the taste of other fast food burgers such as a whopper or big mac. They did go a little over board to the ketchup, but overall the food was fresh and hot. My upgraded blizzard dessert also hit the spot.

The food is always good, but I never see the same people working. No one has ever been rude, but I do feel like they are constantly training new people or the current workers aren’t quite sure what they’re doing. I understand that lines take a while, but it seems like we usually wait at least 10 minutes for our ice cream. We go through the drive thru about 1 or 2 times a month. We still come back. But just be ready to wait.
