I’ve eaten at this pizza spot times, and each keeps reaffirming why it’s one of my favorites. The customer service is always superb—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about their customers. Today, after I ordered my pizza, the owner personally brought it out to me. While I understand he might not always be able to do this depending on how busy they are, that effort truly shows they go the extra mile for their guests.
As for the food—hands down, the best pizza around. Crispy crust, flavorful toppings, and perfect seasoning every time. The atmosphere is making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Highly recommend for anyone who loves good pizza and excellent service!

Absolutely the Best Pizza and Subs in Cary
Cappilla’s Pizza & Grill is hands down my new favorite spot in Cary. The pizza is out of this world with a perfectly crispy crust, rich sauce, and flavor that makes you stop mid bite just to say “wow.” Their subs are just as amazing, packed with fresh ingredients and bold taste in every bite.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile that makes you feel like family. The service is fast, the food is consistently delicious, and the whole place has a warm, local charm.
You can tell they care about quality and take pride in everything they make. Whether you dine in or grab takeout, the food comes out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Cappolla’s is one of those places you will crave again the moment you leave.

Not only was the lady who took my order and rang me up very rude but I asked for extra meat and was charged for it. This doesn’t look like extra meat. I was supposed to get a ranch AND marinara with my platter and only received marinara and to top it off the tiramisu was freezer burnt and still frozen in the middle layer and my fork couldn’t even go through it

The prices are affordable.
I have been to this location many times, all the time they have a great service, workers are friendly.
They have Pizza, I prefer the Veggie Pizza.
For people who eat Halal meat this is the place for quick bite.
They have high chairs for babies.

The girl behind the counter super sweet but this is my 3rd time here & I loved my first 2 experiences but this one was a disappointment. Miguel the guy making the food had such an attitude but my sandwich the chicken was hard & had a funny taste & spent $4.75 for cheese fries & they ran out of cheese…but like I said the girl was super sweet & tried to rectify the situation but because I ordered online & to call 800 number & just so you know that is a chicken cheese steak hero & the fries they gave me

Originally, i was trying to place an order online for the family. However, when the meal came up to over $70 with all the fees, I decided to just call in the order. The price was less than $40 when I called and ordered. The food wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to order there again. I got the appetizer sampler, and some of the things didn’t seem cooked all the way, or they were too soggy that they seemed undercooked.

This place is so good! The pizza is fresh and the Philly cheese steaks are to die for. We got their Buffalo chicken pizza and a veggie pizza they were both so delicious. The store is super clean and the owner was very kind to us. We ordered a lot of food and it came out very quickly and to our exact order. Went in today and ordered the 2 slice +2 toppings combo to share with my husband, went back in to get my food and I was given a personal size pizza instead. Not enough for one adult, let alone for two adults to share. Won’t be going back.
