I frequent here on early weekend mornings. This location ROCKS. Staff are awesome people. Also, its right next door to Starbucks. So, I usually get my coffee at starbucks, then head over here for breakfast . Thanks!!

Can I get a refund, please? This was a filthy restaurant, from the sticky floors to the bathroom being a mess. Ordered a half caprese sandwich which had one small slice of mozzarella, maybe 1 oz if that, 2 thin slices of tomatoes and enough Arugula to choke a horse. I like a lot of greens, but I expect a full half sandwich serving of cheese and tomato. I never saw any basil. The soup was cold. I only went there to meet a friend at their suggestion, but this was my second time ever eating at Panera in my life, and I will not be back. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Go somewhere else or just make your food at home.

When someone comes in and asked for their sip cup they placed an order for online I expect it to be handed to the customer not argued and asked about proof. I had to go in and get our cup since the woman is too much a problem to hand my fiance his cup. He said his order stop being lazy and look it up. Nobody has time for all that. We’re in a hurry and this isn’t a problem anywhere else. Do better. Train your people.

This was not a typical Panera experience. We did the order two combos of half a sandwich and bowl of soup. The Spicy fiesta chicken was sub par at best. It had bits of deli style chicken with a tangy heavy spicy sauce (more sauce than chicken). I didn’t like the corn in the sandwich. The chili was good. We also ordered the broccoli and cheese soup with a half sandwich of chicken breast with avocado. It had a lot of mayonnaise on it and the pre-cooked bacon was just okay. The bits of chicken was very sparse and needless to say it was barely present.

This is not the typical Panera experience that I’m used to. I ordered the family pack of bagels For my job. Usually, I order from DoorDash, but I decided to use the drive-through since I was close by. Usually, you are able to pick and choose the flavors you would like to have and have the option of getting them toasted. Apparently, the cashier said that none of those options were available. Yet, when I go on DoorDash, those options are available?! They also do not provide you with a box, they are just thrown in the Panera brown recycle bag with a sticker, that’s not even securing the bag closed. When asking for a box, the cashier said that they only do that for catering services?! Ridiculous… you mean to tell me that I cannot get toasted bagels in presentable packaging, from a restaurant that is known for their bagels?! I was better off Buying a package of bagels from the grocery store and going home to toast them myself.

First off the Panera looks nice on the inside. But we ordered soup that is supposed to feed 4 people. The container was not full. Even if it was full it would not be enough. The price is ridiculous when it’s not enough to even feed what is advertised. I wanted something quick and I know I’m paying for conscience but I could have paid half the cost and fed more than 4 people.

It’s open-!
I felt so welcomed today! They have WAY more sitting space than Starbucks, not as much echo. The areas with the long benches have PLUGS for your laptops. Quick friendly service. Amazing selection of food in the drive through too!
Cafe is VERY well lit. Excellent food choices. Very clean.
Breakfast menu is on the inside cafe area.
Thank you for a lovely first impression already store 6259, looking forward to studying here!!

Sometimes you need tough love. This cafe is not up to par. Cashier was extremely rude when I asked questions. Julie who trained in Clermont with me and Codey is lovely as always. I could not believe how rude this lady was. I left and found a place to live down here. Stopped at the advent hospital…
