I used to hate coming to eat here- the staff was always so rude and it took forever to get your food. (but the food was always good- ) You would ask for sauce or something simple like that and they would roll their eyes etc- I went here last week and I didn’t recognize anyone and everyone was so nice and fast! I will be returning again bc i love long johns 🙂

Order from doordash did not receive any of the sauces on the receipt the breading taste different from the restaurant in Cold springs which is really good. Not sure with her doing wrong. But they don’t have many good reviews at this location anyway

This was easily the nastiest KFC/LJS I have been to. Ice machine was out of ice. Tables were not cleaned. Trash on the floors. This was at 3:30 in the afternoon. NOT a busy time.
Staff was not wearing uniforms. People coming and going from the kitchen area, I couldn’t tell if they were employees, friends of employees, just people hanging out… ???
THEN, there was the food. What the heck are the black specks all over everything? I don’t know and I’m definitely not going to eat it!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Waited 45 minutes, asked nicely for a refund, refund was refused. She said she was “working on it now” and that she was “just one person.” Meanwhile, there were other employees there, too. Manager was SO rude. Then when we got the food it tasted old and like it had been sitting in the warmer for a long time. Was nearly in tears when I left. Shut this place down.

3:30PM, no other customers inside, and every table is dirty. The floor is nasty (someone sat at our table with muddy work boots) Had to get Lysol wipes from the car to clean a table, because we weren’t going to ask the extremely rude woman behind the counter. Then we offered them to the next people who came in. Sanitized for my safety!! Are those cobwebs climbing the front windows!?!?

Slow, slow, slow , and slower. No one had any urgency to get anyone any food at all. Everyone who looked to be employed there was standing around and talking out back. Every couple minutes, someone would walk up to the fryer area, look busy, then walk to the back again. Been sitting here for almost thirty minutes and I don’t think anyone has even cooked any food.
