We booked your restaurant for New Year’s Eve for a large group of 18, including several children (which I know can be a bit of a challenge!), and I just wanted to say a huge thank you.
You were so accommodating, welcoming and patient with us all, and it made the evening really special. The service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, and the food was absolutely delicious.
We were so impressed that we tried some new dishes, which were so good that we had to come back again the following week!

The reason for my lower rating is due to the fact that none of the staff had on masks to protect others, and when a table left, they did not sanitize it at all before seating a new group. The food was not bad, the waiters were polite and friendly and we had good service. As someone who wanted to help them out as a business, but was conscious of the fact that there are guidelines that restaurants should be following to prevent the spread of Covid-19, I feel like more should have been done to ensure the safety of the guests and staff.

Enormous let down NYE with food taking nearly *3hours* to arrive. When we made repeated calls chasing up the order you lied each time! ‘its just leaving’ when it wasn’t.
All you needed to do was ring us from the outset and let us know the long delay, then we could have cancelled and made other choices for supper.
Food when arrived was passable, not great.
