I stopped by to pick up my pizza order, and Bre kindly informed me that she had accidentally forgotten to turn on the pizza warmer, which caused my pizza to be cold. However, she immediately took responsibility, sincerely apologized, and offered to remake my order without hesitation.
What truly stood out to me was Bre’s attitude!! She was so genuine, kind, and professional throughout the entire interaction. Mistakes happen, but the way she handled it reflected incredible customer service and care. I had driven 30 minutes to visit this Domino’s because of the great reviews, and now I completely understand why.

Was going to rate 1 but upped it to 3 after speaking to the store. Ordered a pizza, the delivery ETA delayed 2 times then I got order complete on the tracker BUT no pizza. This isn’t the first time. Called the store, the lady I spoke to was great, professional, apologetic and said she would prioritize redoing the order immediately. She couldn’t explain what happened but said she would check with the driver.
Very annoying and frustrating when you order a pizza for a speedy, easy meal when you’re hungry and end up waiting for 1.5 hours, have to call the store etc.

The person who was taking the order put us on hold for 10 minutes and it took 28 minutes to take the order. Other than that everything was fine. Pizzas were tasty

Honestly, some above average pizza from what I’ve ordered. The desserts are decent. My only real complaint is that I wish they had more beverage options but other than that, solid pizza place.

We ordered online for family movie night. The app said it was ready and they would bring it out in two minutes. That timer.counted.down, but we got some pizza. It wasn’t our pizza though. One of completely incorrect. So, we asked about getting the right one, and they had to make it. 15 minutes later we were given a badly blistered, poorly cut pizza. By the time we got home, pizza 1 was already cold.

Ham turned green after only a day stored. The Pizza was stored correctly, so I’m afraid they used old Ham, it’s supposed to at least last, and it always has. Lost half my Pizza to this and I called and the lady was not helpful, she said they had no control over how I store my pizza, geez. Won’t order from here anymore, I’m not sure how fresh their things are.
