The food was really delicious not one complaint. They were fully staff and everyone was working. I didn’t like the fact that a few young black ladies in the drive through were eating sour patches out in the opening. The Hispanic young lady at the front I’m not sure if she was scared/shy but I asked her if she was ready to take my order because she just stood there staring at me.

I walked in to get my pizza and the women taking my recite took it and didn’t say a word to me so I didn’t know what to do. And then I see her with food and I had to ask if it was mine and all she did was nod and I said thank you and she didn’t even say welcome. The women giving my food had dark teal hair with black.

I was driving back from a 3 hour trip and put in an order online so it’d be ready when I got there. It’d been at least 30 minutes. Then waited in drive through for an additional 15+ minutes to be given half the order and told to come back through drive through for the rest. Staff was very impolite and not at all understanding about the wait. Refused to refund food that was not ready and wanted me to go back through line.

So I walk in at 8pm on a Saturday night and there’s like 7 employees in there. First they don’t have any pizzas ready,second there are 4 employee’s standing in the back eating and looking at their phones instead of working. The other 3 are running the front and the drive thru and telling people they all have to wait for their food. This place was like a asylum being ran by the inmates. This used to be a good place for pizza when the owner was around but the last few times we came here it was like this. Y’all need to do ALOT better.

Big Cheese never disappoints! Their mango habanero wings are my absolute favorite, sweet, spicy, and full of flavor! My son always goes for the pepperoni pizza, and my daughter can’t get enough of the chicken bacon cheesy bread (especially with the ranch ). The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Definitely one of our family’s go-to spots for pizza night! ❤️

I’m amazed they have the patience to deal with some of their customers, to be honest. Some couple ate half a pizza then tried to get it replaced like they didn’t like it. I don’t have that kind of patience. Crispy wings are great!
