Seriously amazing Mexican food! This food truck is a total gem. Everything tasted super fresh and authentic, like it was made with a lot of love. We tried the huraches, tacos, and quesadillas, and every single thing was delicious. Plus, the portions were really generous, and the prices were so reasonable. For my money, the best taco truck in Birmingham. Parked in the lot of the Shell gas station, and they now have a pavilion with picnic tables for those who might want to eat there!
My favorites are the chorizo, pastor, and lengua tacos. Both red and green salsas are excellent, and the double tortilla on each taco is welcome to help contain the generous filling. For those who don’t like cilantro, however, be prepared to pick it off; my requests for no cilantro seem to never make their way to the appropriate person. Don’t mind a little extra work on my part, though, to enjoy this outstanding street food.

Some delicious Mexican food! Initially, I thought the tacos were small. After finishing one, I struggled to finish all three of them in one sitting. The chicken tacos were seasoned perfectly, the presentation was fitting, and the service was quick. The price is around average, but I’d recommend this place over any other Mexican restaurant! Awesome food truck!

Amazing food, really nice people. Have been many times, and never had any issues. Quick service and always delicious. Try the green and red sauces on your food! Spicy, but really good flavor! I always get the steak tacos, but have tried beef cheek and also really good.

Proper street taco. The pastor tacos are my favorite. I think the others need the salsa to have enough flavor. The salsas are good – for gringos, expect to burn either the front or back of your mouth, depending on your salsa of choice.
