Once my mom checked the take out bag to make sure everything was in there. It was missing my 6 piece classic combo honey barbecue boneless wings, my regular Cajun fries were missing too. And my mom told the cashier guy that we were missing those two fast food items that were missing and that my two food items that were missing were placed in the same order and the other two workers gave my order to the next person that was in line they weren’t paying attention in order for that to have happened. To top it off my mom had to wait a long time almost an hour for everything for those two food items that were apart of my meal that were missing in the beginning.Those two other workers were too busy talking and not paying attention to giving somebody else’s missing order food items to the wrong customer/person and then having to wait even longer because you have employees who can’t even do their jobs correctly especially if the cashier guy even admitted and told my mom that my two missing order of food items were already given to the wrong person/person that was next in line and already paid for whatever they originally got. When my mom gave me my order as soon as she got home I noticed my Cajun fries tasted rock hard to even eat and my honey barbecue boneless wings looked very dry to the point they didn’t even look saucy like the picture shows of them.

This Popeyes never misses. The chicken is always good and hot and actually seasoned (unlike some places). NOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS great even tho I went in a busy day they were patient, efficient, and made sure my order was correct. They kept things moving without being rude or rushed, which honestly made the experience b3tter. Definitely going back.

I was told by the manager that I cannot choose a time to make my food. However the food I ordered was made 2 hours a head of time and the manager said that is how it’s done here. 0 out of 1000000000. I didn’t want ice cold food but that is what that gave me and said it’s what is the process. Worst food ever and a manager can’t even fix the issues in the app. 10000000000—————- worst place ever. I went today with my partner around 6:00 (PM) today. I haven’t had Popeyes since they came out with the Chicken Sandwich. I didn’t get the craze, but my partner really loves their chicken. It was on the smaller side, but it felt homey and cozy. The music they had on the TV was relaxing, and I ordered a 2 pieces combo. The chicken was alright. The red beans were good. But my partner loved their food. They left not even the bones . We stayed for around 2 hours and it was a pleasant experience. The cashier who helped us was patient because I didn’t know what I wanted at all.! I would come back and I recommend this place if you don’t mind a wait and get quality food in return. (In terms of fast food.)

The Cashier Named Amanda Had A Whole Attitude When My Mom Asked Her If She Could Get Any Ranch Dressing Sauces. She Was Giving My Mom Attitude About What She Asked About The Ranch Dressing Sauces For No Exact Reason. Just Because She’s Having A Bad Day Or Doesn’t Want To Deal With People/Customers Doesn’t Give Amanda The Right To Have A Terrible Attitude Towards A Customer. It Truly Shows How Unprofessional Amanda Is Towards Another Customer Or Several Other Customers.

I’m a continued customer here. Price is always affordable and you get what you paid for. Lately visited here twice because of 5 pcs chicken just $6.99, and this is just a walking distance Popeyes from my place. This place is clean and the staffs are nice.
