Moved away from the area and was back today. So excited to bring some sandwiches home. After my two hour drive home we eagerly anticipated digging into our club sandwich and chicken cheesesteak. Uh oh what a huge let down. Had to double check the order tag attached to the sandwiches to make sure it wasn’t my mistake. Nope, it wasn’t. What did I get? A chicken salad hoagie and a club sandwich without lettuce or tomato. How do you screw that up? Oh right now I remember. The whole time I sat waiting you were so engrossed with your conversations behind the counter you probably weren’t even paying attention to the orders. They say Wawa is expanding to our area soon. If this is what you’re bringing… don’t bother. I’ll stick to the competition who can at least read my order.
UPDATE – 5/22/24 Although I have not seen a response from the store itself I did send feedback through the corporate website site and they did respond within 48 hours with an apology, a promise to forward my concerns to the store management and encourage coaching, and offered and sent me a digital gift card so although I was still disappointed with the experience I am appreciative of the companies response and what seems to be an overall concern for it’s customers satisfaction. I will raise my review an additional star for now.

I gottahaveawawa as much as any other Jersey/PA person. This Wawa just did a renovation. While it looks nice, it’s not very functional for convenience. All of the self serve drink options are corralled into a tiny corner while there is so much empty space in front of the deli bar and registers. It’s almost as if Wawa no longer wants to support self serve coffee. The cappuccino machine has been out every time I have stopped in, the coffee machines only let a max of 2 people get coffee at one time. All the people for self serve are squished into this tiny L shaped space tripping over each other just to make a cup of coffee or get a soda. Meanwhile, the front of the deli looks set up to make people stand and wait intentionally. Wawa engineers should re-think this layout for self service beverages – it is not convenient for quick before work coffee trips…

I hate writing bad reviews, but im really frustrated. I love the rice & beans bowl from Wawa, but for some reason at this location they are out of rice and beans 95% of the time… so i always have to get something else. I got a quesadilla, it was somehow super soggy yet the bread was rock hard and crumbled as soon as i touched it, tasted gross. I also got a cheesesteak Mac and cheese bowl… barely half way full. The bowl was almost $10 for like $3 worth of food. Yall gotta do better… honestly lost my business. And i LOVE Wawa usually smh

I went to this wawa and asked if they had cow tails because i am pregnant and was really craving one and usually they have them. I go to the register and ask a lady with greasy bangs if they had them. She proceeded to give me a dirty look and attitude and told me no. I said “okay can i do cash back?” and she, again, gave me attitude and said “no we don’t do cash back, do you not see the atm right there.”

I’ve visited plenty of Wawa locations, and this one is by far the worst.
The sandwich was put together so poorly that I couldn’t even finish it. I live nearby and have tried to give them a chance for the sake of convenience, but at this point, it’s just not worth it.
I’m not saying avoid Wawa altogether—just avoid this location.
