Flap-Jacks specializes in delicious breakfast foods featuring fresh ingredients and masterful preparation by the Flap-Jacks team. Our approach to the menu was easy. We had no interest in trying to reinvent food. We went with choices that were popular, basic, and straight down-home style. My husband and I were visiting Dearborn, MI for work. We googled breakfast places and ended up at Flapjacks Spot and they did not disappoint. Monique and Genesis took good care of us and the cook did his thing! We enjoyed it so much, we went back the next morning with guests! Thank you for making our visit to your city a little nicer! The quality of food was phenomenal. I was a little apprehensive to eat here based on the uber reviews. But glad I did. Portion sizes are great and the food was tasty. Also love that you followed through with what was in the special notes for specific condiments and utensils. If I’m ever in Detroit again I’ll be sure to eat here again.

Stopped here on my way to DTW. Plenty of parking and seating. Service was very friendly and the food was good. No complaints at all. Like an old school diner.

We stopped at FlapjackThe Pot while my sister was in town on a layover, and it was such a great choice! Only about 12 minutes from the airport, super convenient. The food was absolutely delicious—every single one of us had a happy plate. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and the whole place had a cozy, small-town feel. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

Honestly I’m not really sure what to say but for flap Jacks being the theme I’m not really all to sure about it.
Firsts the menus are old and need minor updating. For example I shouldn’t have to ask what kind of things that I can add to my flap Jacks. There should be a section that explains it and the pricing.
Secondly the music was really loud in here. Not deafening loud but still loud enough to make dread not bringing headphones as it kinda of made it hard for me to concentrate.
Thirdly I asked for strawberry to be added to my flap Jacks and well I don’t see any strawberries in them nor did I taste any.
The guy at the counter was attentive.
I feel that in order to fit the theme they should add in specialized /themed flap Jacks. It mostly feel like a restaurant that happens to sell flap Jacks as the place, over all, to me doesn’t seem to have a theme. As well as adding in different types of syrup like ihop has/had to help fit the theme.

Came here to eat while waiting for my brother’s flight. The customer service was nice but as for the food, we got the wrong order on multiple plate and the food was cold. We were offered sides of bacon for free to compensate but we never received it. I wasn’t a fan of the eggs. The customer service was great I would just recommend getting a better kitchen system to match.
