I ordered a burrito for pick up on the app. Got there and drove away without checking the bag. Went to grab my drink and it was a bowl. Took it back to get a burrito. Got home the burrito had a salsa that I didn’t ask for and didn’t like the taste of and no corn. Wasted trip because they would rather chit chat with their friends then make sure the order is made correctly. Also yes I did add a tip.

Super good food. Staff is quick and always has a smile. The tables aren’t always clean but its because so many people come through there they really don’t have a lot of time to wipe down the tables before someone sits back down to take the spot. The place is always busy when I’m there but I never have to wait long for food because they get people through the line quickly.

Arrived when they opened and they didn’t have food ready for almost 20 min after opening. I asked for queso on the side and they put it on my food(not the end of the world). Staff didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency about anything. Otherwise place was very clean and the food tasted good.

very rude manager, she was all prideful and unprofessional, started to respond to me in a disrespectful manner. I went there bc chipotle is my favorite place to go after work. I started to order and she looked at me with a dirty look and whispered something onto her coworkers ear and started laughing at me. I don’t know how places like that can hire someone so unprofessional and prideful. I will be no longer getting food from there and I will tell my peers to not go to that chipotle no more. I was a loyal customer but because of that I will no longer be going there. Do a better job finding better staff.

There’s a short manager at this place whose talent seems to be making customers regret walking in. If you want to experience service with a side of attitude, wait until she’s around. She acts like the fact she hates her job is your fault and won’t miss a chance to take it out on you. The portions they serve are laughably small, leaving you wondering if it’s a joke. To top it off, I actually saw her sneeze all over the food—completely disgusting. Unless you enjoy dining in a hostile and unsanitary place, find somewhere else.

We we traveling through NE on our way to CO and stopped here for dinner. When I walked in I was the only person there at the time. My husband has celiac disease. I let them know that so they could wash their hand and change gloves. Eric was the employee helping me. He seemed unsure of what to do exactly. He looked over his shoulder and Melanie and was double checking what to do. She explained what to do and let me tell you it is above and beyond what any other Chipotle I have been to has done.
She had him switch out the utensils of the items we were gonna use on the hot side and pull out new containers of the stuff we were gonna use on the cold side. I appreciate the time and effort given by both Melanie and Eric! It was a great experience!

Made me wait 8 minutes in line just to wait until I went to order to tell me they were cash only as their system went down 12 minutes prior! Appreciate the warning while I wasted my time in line. Also their tables are always dirty.
