Ate here for lunch yesterday for the very 1st time. If you’re craving a burger in Haywood, this is the place to go! The salad was fresh, the burgers were juicy while not being greasy, the portions were generous and service was on point! They seem to have a great wait staff and cooks who work together great, my food was correct and it was all fresh out of the kitchen & warm. My only regret is not eating here sooner!

This was our first ever visit to Furman’s Burger Bar. The Furman burger was delicious as well as the tater tots. The kiddos got chicken tenders and seasoned fries, they were delicious as well. To top it all off, they have Cheerwine on the fountain. Our only dislike was the lack of air conditioning. I’m not sure if it was broken or if it just wasn’t on, it was warm and humid.

Stopped by because of the great reviews. We’re glad we did! The exterior lacked a bit of curb appeal but when we walked inside we were impressed by the clean and updated interior. The sign says they just opened in 2022, so I’m sure the exterior will match the cool inside atmosphere soon. The burgers were made to order from fresh ground beef. Onion rings and fries were equally delicious. Absolutely recommend them to anyone nearby.

We stopped for lunch here on our way to bridal Veil Falls. The food was excellent. The burgers were juicy and all the dressings tasted homemade. There were plenty of options for everyone at this place.
We have three children and often find that it’s difficult to find places with foods our kids will eat. Their kids meals include burgers, hot dogs, and even PB&J.
The one drawback was the size. The tables are smaller and the interior is a bit smaller than other places we’ve been. However they did have a large patio for those who don’t mind or enjoy eating outdoors.

Went to Furman’s Burger Bar recently and it was so much more than your garden-variety burger joint. The flavors that they put together in each plate of food is spectacular. It’s just so yummy. They have vegetarian (Impossible Burger) options and I kept saying, “Mmm, mmm” as I ate my food. I live in the area and I’ve tried plenty of burger places, but this? This is my new go-to when I have a burger craving. I also appreciated that they had some local craft beers as well as plenty of others on tap. I just loved our server – she was so polite, helpful and fun to talk to.

My husband and I had an early lunch (first ones in the door today) after taking some pictures of one of our real estate listings in Waynesville. I had the Junior burger and onion rings. It was delicious!! Prompt and friendly service as well. We will definitely be back!

Great find while I was staying in Waynesville a week ago. After hiking all day, I wanted a burger! I got the Furman burger, but with only 1 patty and a side Caesar salad. Everything was as great as the other reviews said it would be. Highly recommend a stop here.

HELL YES WOULD RECOMMEND!! They are short handed but still pumping out the food! Went for the first time and it was a wonderful experience all around. Abby our server was very nice to us and very chill The burgers were amazing I got the KATY and my boyfriend got the ALOHA. Recommended to all of my friends and definitely to anyone who reads this ❤️
