Overall a pleasant experience. My first time to dine here as i’ve heard it’s the local’s go-to thai spot. Price is reasonable. Spacious toilets. Staff are courteous (though maybe too much bec they asked how the food was around 4x during our meal). Food is served fast as well.

Sad to say but the restaurant standards have dropped through the floor. Foods fine but the service, decor and table dressing / place mat of two sheets of kitchen roll isn’t what I’ve seen anywhere. Had better in a greasy cafe. Shame as it used to be brilliant but they’ve got lazy because people keep coming so don’t need to make an effort

Since we moved here in Witney and tried Suwanna it’s always worth coming back. Very authentic delicious & tasty thai food. Friendly and courteous staff except the old lady. Great ambience. Good for a dinner or night cap with friends and family. Really a must try!

The food as always is good quality and me and my friends always enjoy coming here for a catch up. The criticism I have is the short waitress that works there, she is incredibly rude and lacks any sort of customer service. Oh and when we were asked if we
wanted to take any food away and got given 2 boxes they charged us for them. Laughable.
When we left another waitress asked us if we wanted a bag, no thanks you will probably charge us for that as well.
