I have been eating here since I was a child and I will always defend the food at this place, I personally absolutely love it. However, there’s this one man who’s always there, some middle aged man with glasses. No matter what day or time I go, he’s always so rude and miserable. I stopped coming to his location or been opt in to order through Uber Eats and DoorDash because I just simply don’t want to deal this this guy. Buddy, if you hate this job so much, pack it up, don’t take it out on us. I understand everyone has bad days but this guy seems to love them. Maybe one day his misery will end.

The price on the board is different than what they actually charge us on the combo. Also the sandwiches are bland and with no seasoning and the chicken was drier than a riverbed during a drought . The cashier lady was rude when we asked her why the price on the combo was different the board.

Being a vegan there was very little for me to eat here. Went in to buy chicken for my little one.
The man that took my order was rude and unfriendly. Since I had never been there it took a long time to decide but there wasn’t anyone else in line so I dont know what his problem was.
I ordered a quarter chicken meal for my little one. It looked crisp, juicy and really good. My little one liked it so I have no complaints there.
This place is easy to find from Georgia Ave. and there is plenty of parking.

I don’t understand what is happening with this restaurant, they recently increased the price of food ridiculously, how is it possible that you increase $2 dollars to the supper platter from one day to the next, the food is being sent incorrectly, the fries are always damaged, the white and yellow rice feels like I’m chewing plastic, the bananas always come undercooked, hard and cold, the chicken is raw and you can see the blood, that’s disgusting, if this keeps happening I won’t even go back to buy more food.

Crisp & Juicy is my first option for eating broiled chicken. They are the best chicken restaurant I have been before. Specially on this store the food was exceptional, however, i didn’t like the attitude of the server, she was very rude and her facial expression was like she was very mad and bored of whatever she’s doing, even that, the register was very friendly but the lady server kill that exceptional service of the cashier. The place was very dirty and also the tables, it was not a rush time and they could improve on that, they also didn’t have a tv or even a radio on, it was everything on silence.

The flavor is good but it’s certainly far from juicy. The chicken was super dry and overcooked. Thank goodness they had plenty of sauces otherwise it would have been inedible. Maybe they were just having an off day or maybe dinner is better
