Subway food is always just that. But the crew that was working today 8/12/21 are truly good dudes. All three employees we came in contact with were friendly and hard working. My wife lost her car key and one of them actually drove around looking for our car to leave a note so we would know where it was. These are qualities that should be encouraged and promoted. Can’t speak highly enough about the staff here. Thanks again guys!

5 stars 100%. The people there were amazingly friendly they treated me and my dad who went there to get 2 foot long sandwiches, amazingly. It was just before closing me and my dad were hungry so they let us go in to have a sandwich. The lady behind the counter was very patient with us, they let us take our time to order. As my dad knew what he was gonna get I did not and the person there behind the counter didn’t keep bugging me to order my sandwich and when I was ready to order everything was fresh. The sandwich was amazing. Will come back when I go to old orchard again

Worker smoking inside the Subway restaurant. They had no idea of how to make the sandwich in the traditional way. They put less ingredients. They didn’t heat up the sandwich good. Too many workers in the process of making it and they don’t pay attention at what you say. Literally the worst Subway restaurant I have ever been to and I am a Subway fan since I always choose healthy choices to eat.

As a consumer I have been to many subways. And i must say this has to be one of the cleanest subways I’ve been too!! Even when the employees were making sandwiches they made sure that the cutting boards were clean of crumbs and such. Very nice staff.

Thinking that they were having an off day the first time we visited their establishment and being totally dissatisfied with the service and sandwiches they produced we actually decided to give them another shot. After all … it’s Subway right? Big, big, BIG mistake! These folks do NOT follow the standard set by corporate … not at all … not even close. I’m not sure if the staff simply do not listen or if they just have hearing issues. Regardless of which it is we have made our last visit there and would strongly advise others to avoid this particular Subway.

Asked for the 2 footlongs for $12 deal. Asked for a BLT and then another sandwich. Was charged $7.59 & $9.49 for the sandwiches. I told her I asked for the 2 for $12 deal and she said the second sandwich didn’t qualify. I had to get back so I paid and left. Bait & Switch is no way to develop loyal customers. I complained to Subway. I’ll update if they make it right.

I ordered a club sandwich (my mistake) i wanted a steak and cheese sandwich. Anyways the bread was so stale and hard I’m surprised i didn’t chip a tooth. Roast beef was dry almost the whole piece.
