This is the worst place to order! Just a few minutes ago. Some older Hispanic lady an Employee was at the cashier. I told her may I please purchase a Big Dinner Box she stated no we don’t do that here with huge attitude I told her in spanish what you mean you don’t do that here it says in the internet. She shook her shoulders like “oh well”. So I left to another Place In Lakewood & they had the big dinner Box. Long story short this Older Hispanic lady~Employee just didn’t want to cook it that’s why. She looked annoyed like she didn’t want to be there. So please do us a favor if you don’t like your Job go back to school nothing is too late in life. Don’t stay somewhere to give others attitude. No need to look pissed cause that’s personal issue you got going. I said this in English for everyone to watch out…There’s always a DinnerBox in Pizza Hut. I understand if they didn’t have Boxes but to state to me say nope we don’t do Dinner Boxes and not sure why its in the internet. Maybe you should rethink your Job.

I placed a pick up order yesterday around 10pm. Great customer service. Pizza and cheese bread were cooked to perfection. The pizza had a golden brown color. Just how I like the pizza. Will definitely be back again. My girlfriend and me enjoyed the pizza on our movie night at home.

ordered a large but i felt the box was light and when i checked the pizza i could tell they used a medium and tried to pass it as a large it was about 2 inches from the edge of the box, i paid for a large, i understand if they have ran out of large dough but its not okay to pull a fast one and give customers less than what they paid for.

i buy a pizza today 12/31/21 at 9:45 pm and my pizza was over cooked and dry and no tomato sauce and i call pizza hut and talked to the manager Liza and Liza said did I touch the pizza and I said yes my kids and me we were hungry and liza said no I can’t give you another pizza And i told her to please give me a fresh pizza and Liza said and if we were planing to go to the place to harass her she was going to close the door and she didn’t have nothing to make the pizza so she made me feel so bad that was are dinner for new year’s eve and she treated me so bad ..

Pizza is good. I redeemed a free pizza using my points and was shamed by the manager on shift. Not sure what his problem was, but he accused me of getting lots of free pizza; weird because this is my first time visiting this location. On the way out, he proclaimed, “I’m not going to accept your pizzas anymore”. Weird way to do business, but you do you I guess. I will be contacting corporate again so future patrons don’t go through that awful interaction. – To the gentleman on shift 12/16/2024, 10PM.

I ordered for delivery. And I realized that these guys somehow changed it to pick up. My email even gave a a delivery time and everything. When I called them the manager told me oh you ordered pick up. Complete lie. He basically told me I’m stupid. I’m very offended. I wouldn’t recommend this location to any one. If it wasn’t that I was with my son? I would have made his day….. if you know what I mean. Terrible. My pizza was hard the chicken was cold. Ridiculous

These people forgot my 2 litter soda and the only thing they could offer is store credit. It takes no time to look at the receipt to make sure everything is accounted for. Bad service. Will not be ordering from here again.

I would honestly write down no stars if I could. I placed an order online on Sunday at this location. It was processed, I received the confirmation, cool. We drove over there and the only female worker I seen at the front desk was there, me and my co worker rung the bell to go inside , she buzzed us in , we let her know we placed and order and she rudely said were closed there’s no orders and gave us a dirty look. I can understand if you don’t like your job but we did nothing to her. We ended up going to the other Pizza Hut down the street were there customer service was way better . Later I got call saying they did not have the “ingredients”for my order ? Made no sense to me . Later after I left the location I called from a different phone and they were open . Worst experience ever , she should learn some customer service .

The pizza was absolutely dreadful, it was clear the meatball was undercooked as well as the pepperoni, and dough needed more time. It was filled to the brim with sauce, we had to clear some out, otherwise you got a giant load of sour pizza sauce. On top of all this absolutely greasy, the whole cardboard seeped with it and onto my dinner table.Disgusting.We ordered the dinner box thinking it would be good at the very least. I regret buying from here and if I could I’d very well leave zero stars. My family practically forced themselves to eat it since was somewhat expensive and it would be bad to throw it out. The wings were terrible, tasted like plastic, no one ate them after the first bite. Last time I EVER purchase from Pizza Hut, this was a similar reason as to why I stopped buying a year ago and thought to give them a second chance, it was hot and I was near by, why not, maybe this time it would have been better I thought. Nope, learned my lesson. I don’t know who is cooking these pizzas but they need to be fired or taught how to do them correctly. Undercooked pizza and meat, terrible wings , who wants to pay for that?! The cheese bread sticks were at the least decent. But everything else, the main “course” was terrible, seriously stay away from this store. Never buying from here again and most likely saying bye to Pizza hut as a whole.
