Their drinks especially their iced drinks always taste watered down. Service is great, very friendly, but they need to look into how they make their drinks compared to the other SB in the area. Middleton MA does it right.

I don’t even know where to begin with how unbelievably bad this visit was. My daughter ordered a simple cinnamon pull—something that any halfway competent café can warm up in a couple of minutes. Instead, she was left standing inside for 25 minutes while the staff acted like anyone not in the drive-through simply didn’t exist.
When I walked in to find out what was happening, the manager, Colton, gave me one of the most dismissive, uninterested responses I’ve ever heard from anyone in a customer-facing job. His tone and attitude made it clear he had no intention of addressing the issue. Another employee jumped in and changed their story about the wait time more than once, which only made the situation feel even more disorganized and careless.

And it somehow got worse.
When I accepted the refund Colton offered, he suddenly shifted into an attitude that was flat-out hostile. He actually tried to make it sound like the problem was me expecting basic service. Then, when I said I’d be reviewing the experience, he became defensive and told me I wasn’t welcome back. The level of unprofessionalism was honestly shocking—especially from someone who is supposed to be managing the store.

I walked out with my refund, but also with the clear impression that this location is being run by someone who has absolutely no business overseeing customer service. In my opinion, Colton handled the situation with zero accountability, zero respect, and zero leadership.

If you value your time, your patience, or even the slightest bit of decent treatment, avoid this store completely. And if you absolutely have to go, stick to the drive-through, because based on what I experienced, customers inside the store might as well be invisible.

The coffee was pretty decent, but I have to say that I was waiting for it for ages. It is so annoying…and the tables were dirty, trash and nobody’s leftover was on the table and seats, nobody cares.
I believe that people should clean up after themselves when they leave. But the staff has to care about their cafe and have to keep it clean, at least the tables.

This is one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I waited for 15+ minutes for my drink that was due to be ready 3 minutes after I ordered it. The staff kept calling names of those who ordered well after me. At the 15 minute wait mark, I questioned where my drink was and the barista said “someone must’ve taken it, I’ll make you a new one,” obviously a lie because as soon as I ordered I was right there waiting and my name was never called and the drink was not placed. After “making” my drink, the barista put another grande cup covering the original cup. When I got outside, I took a sip and my hot coffee was not hot, it was almost cold, I looked at the original cup and it had my order information from when I ordered at 8:32 am. Clearly, they left it behind the counter, never put it on the mobile order stand, and didn’t make me a new one.

The girl Annie who works the drive thru window is so R U D E!!!!!!!!!!!! Needs to work at a gas station instead. Everytime I give her a cash tip she rips it out of my hand and doesn’t say thank you. Or if giving the card reader with the tip option she says “Answer the question” no please or thank you ever. I’ve had like five experiences with her. I’d rather drink coffee I found in a toilet then come back to this Starbucks

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I just waited literally 20 minutes to order … a muffin at the drive through. There were only five cars in front of me, not counting the one guy who turned around and left. Sadly, this isn’t the first time! My 4yo will have to be disappointed in the future. We are not coming back any time soon.

My entire order was terrible. My matcha latte had no whipped cream or simple syrup, both of which were requested in the order. My bacon egg bites were frozen in the middle. The only highlight was the banana walnut bread which was hard and cold. Never dining at this location again!

I’m sitting here right now, 4 employees behind the counter, and I’m one of 3 customers in the building. Why does it still take 10-13 mins for my drink to come out? Why does online order always take so long when its slow even?

Update to my current visit: they didn’t even attempt to call my name. just let me sit there. The employees here need retraining so bad.

Quite literally the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to, even when ordering ahead. There’s no point in ordering ahead because your food will just be cold and your drink will be sitting there for 20 minutes. I have never had a quick and easy experience here… it’s mind blowing. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or if everyone is new but they need to figure it out. I ordered ahead today and waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. If you’re on a lunch break or in a rush, definitely don’t come here.
