So it has been a while since I have had pizza from this location. When the girl a year ago the pizza was good. I got one last night and it definitely didn’t taste the same. Idk what has changed but it isn’t the same pizza I ordered before. I was nice and just asked for a refund. I didn’t include the slice I bit and spit out. The manager was acting like he was going to do it then he was like well you know we can do this or do do that outlet me ask you this. Will you ever eat here again and I said no. The he said we’ll I don’t have to give you a refund Then he disrespectfully rejected it by saying well I am not. It wasn’t the matter of the money. It was a matter of me not being satisfied with their products. I just put my head down and put my finger up. The guy was a bully and I ain’t trying to catch a charge over a pizza.

We decided to order Pizza Hut after 20 years. Movie night and ordering was our highlight for today. Excited for the stuffed crust and we ended up with a $40 soggy/greasy disgusting pizza that we ended up throwing away. “Boneless Wings” were the hardest chicken nuggets I’ve ever had. The garlic Parmesan ones were drenched in sauce. When my husband refuses to eat his pizza I know darn well it’s really that bad. Don’t think we will ever order again. You should also let people know that Door Dashers might deliver the order before we submit payment.

25 min to pick up an order for a customer who is 5 miles away to get paid 10$. 1 hour to complete an order and the driver gets paid less than minimum wage because the app and store management can’t freaking get there stuff together. Drivers get on road rage get stressed because stuff like this. Stop calling drivers when the food isn’t ready, fix the app timer so drivers can come when the food is getting close go being ready. Freaking pan orders take for every. All crazy driver have weapons dont endanger your store and employees.

I’ve been getting Pizza Hut from this location the last 3-4 times and every time, it hits.
except today when we went to go pickup that exact order with some drinks … this is what the fries look like.
Now I don’t know about y’all, but everytime I’ve gotten fries from Pizza Hut, it’s been in a bucket and pretty much stacked and filled. This is a box with not even a handful of fries.
As well as THEY DID NOT GIVE DRINKS THAT I PAYED FOR! by the time I realized I was too tired to go back at 11/11:30pm at night smh.

Door was locked when I arrived at 10:23am, no problem. I understand accidents happen. Issue was my chicken bacon ranch didn’t have any bacon. And I paid extra for an additional topping on top of that. Instead of remaking the pizza another time for me or letting me send receipt/photo of pizza to get full refund, employee said “I’ll take your word for it” then only gave me a credit for 79 cents which was the additional topping. Felt like a joke. This isn’t the pizza I wanted at all. Dominos at least gives you a free pizza if your order is made incorrectly. This was not a good resolution for someone trying this store for the first time. Sorry to be the one that posts this

Dinge, dirty and severely overpriced. We paid 60 bucks for a large pizza and a medium pizza and 18 wings. The guy helping us shoved the tip thing in our face practically begging for tip money. And when we put it in he immediately took money out of the cash register and put it right into his own wallet. 70 bucks for some mediocre food is wild.

I’ve ordered from them twice, didn’t get my correct order either time, once got two cheese pizzas instead of one and one pepperoni. Second time I got one pizza instead of two, but a double order of breadsticks. It’s always timely, and hot, but often it seems hurried. I complained about the incorrect order to corporate and received no response. I honestly think it’s an issue with the online ordering, not with this particular chain, but either way I can’t order from a place that can’t bring me the correct order. Update: it’s been 12 days since I emailed them the details they asked for in their reply here, no response.

Second time ordering from here, and the food has the same problem: they did not put the finisher on the crust that was ordered and missed a significant portion of the breadsticks with cheese and topping, resulting in a lot of dry bread. It’s pretty clear that it’s being made quickly with little attention to the result. I don’t have time to get new food or a refund, but I can’t come back with expectation of getting the food that I paid for.

Just ordered this with uber eats. It has the wide grabbable crust, has a nice flavor and isn’t bland. The crust has a nice garlic taste. It costs money but it’s a well seasoned pizza all the way through.
I’ve attached a before and after picture as well. I ate like four pieces because its super tasty! Can’t believe there aren’t more franchise locations. Way more flavorful than Dominos and at around the same price.
