I gave this location a try because of a t-mobile code and was quite satisfied. Everything was correct, down to the sauce.
That and I had only been here once more than 15 years ago, as a last good meal before a scheduled surgery.
I’d recommend this location over the other one I’m near.
618 w la palma has that rude manager lady who never keeps her shop stocked. All they had was ranch, and also stopped taking codes, probably because of me bothering to use them.

I recently ordered delivery from Pizza Hut, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. First and foremost, my entire order was wrong. I received the wrong pizzas, and to make matters worse, the breadsticks I was so looking forward to were missing entirely. The box arrived completely empty!
In an attempt to resolve this, I tried calling the Pizza Hut location – the first time an employee by the name of Santiago answered and then hung up. I tried calling back multiple times, only to be ignored. It was incredibly frustrating to feel so unheard and neglected as a customer.
Overall, this experience was a complete disaster. I expected better from a well-known chain like Pizza Hut, but they failed miserably. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I recommend you think twice before placing an order. Save your time and money!

10 -25 -25 at 3:50 pm I ordered pizza and a personal pan pizza with wings .. online order i ask for no cheese and even put it in the instructions and when I get home it has cheese on it .. too hard to go all the way back and wait to remake , definitely not happy

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in a few months after a bad experience . Decided to finally give them another opportunity and give them another try. Bought the Dinner Box that they offer at a great deal. My order came out wrong, food was cold and sauce was tangy compared to other experiences. Very disappointed with their quality will not be having them for another few months. Speed was great though but would of liked quality first.

Our online order said it was picked up at 7:54pm today. It still shows as the driver at the store. We called the number online who transferred us to the store, but that number said it was no longer in service. Every time we order we are left waiting when our order will arrive and I think this time it just won’t. Order number ending in 4337. Disappointed and frustrated.

I ordered from this location for the first time for my family (we’re visiting) and the service was TERRIBLE! The person that was delivering my food I assume was getting lost because the delivery time kept increasing instead of decreasing. I called the store to find out what was going on with my order and the guy that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude! He stated very rudely that he didn’t know what was going on with my order. Once the driver leaves the store it’s not his responsibility basically. He asked if the driver contacted me and I told him no. I then asked him to cancel my order and refund my money and he literally hangs up on me! I called back and asked why did he hang up on me, his name and corporate number. His behavior is totally unacceptable!
