I think I’ve found my favorite taco place in the city
Went to Frida’s Cocina on a whim after always seeing it parked outside of the cactus club and realized I have been missing out! Their tacos are seriously incredible. Bursting with flavor, fresh and vibrant toppings and best of all – homemade tortillas! I will definitely be coming back for their incredible tacos. I’d highly recommend the fish and shrimp tacos

I had their beer batter fish taco by public market and it was great! Great food! I’m very picky and it superseded my expectations! I literally had just ate but I’m like let me try one taco. Went back for another and got my husband 2 steak! GREAT FoOD, Spoken by someone who’s use to Chicago food!

They brought their truck to our wedding venue for a late night snack and provided tacos and churros for about 175 guests. Alex was easy to work with and was very good with communication during the entire process. The food was awesome and all of the guests left happy. Have been to the food truck on a few other occasions and have always had great food!

Ever seen a cartoon character being lifted up and carried by the smell of something delicious to its source? That’s the kind of quality we are talking about here folks. To describe how ridiculously tasty this food is rather difficult as one must experience this taco heaven for themselves. Rest assured you wont be disappointed as it’s scientifically impossible to not enjoy. My team has conducted extensive taste testings. My go to is the al pastor and beef berria with chips and guac/salsa. If you some how come to the unfathomable conclusion to not like Frida Cocina’s food then just know that sometimes it’s okay to be wrong.

The tacos here are soooo good and they are priced just right! I tried the al pastor and the shrimp taco and both were delicious. This place is cash only ! It is also in front of a couple bars so you can get a drink and tacos and eat outside. I recommend it here!

Frida’s is the bomb!! Their fish taco is arguably my favorite taco in MKE (tied with Pirata from Laughing Taco). I have yet to eat anything here that isn’t delicioso. This is the kind of food that I’ve seen while driving and pulled over just to get a taco cause my mouth started watering when I saw the blue truck.

The best huevos rancheros I have ever had. Incredible flavors, from the guacamole, salsa rojo and the salsa picante on the side. Very reasonably priced as well.
