I stopped at the Wendy’s in Edmond recently and had a really solid experience. I ordered a regular cheeseburger for myself and three chicken tender meals for my kids. Everything came out hot and fresh, which is always the first thing I look for when getting fast food. The cheeseburger was simple but satisfying with a soft bun, melty cheese, and a juicy patty that wasn’t dry or overcooked. It had the classic Wendy’s flavor I’ve always liked.

The chicken tenders were a hit with my kids. They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and none of them were over-breaded or greasy. The kids’ meals also came with fries and a drink, which made it an easy option for feeding everyone quickly. The fries were warm and salted well, and the portions were generous enough that the kids were full.

The service was friendly and quick, even though it was close to lunch rush. The restaurant looked clean and well kept, both inside and in the parking lot. Overall it was a good visit with no complaints. If you’re near Edmond and need a reliable place for a quick family meal, this Wendy’s is a safe bet.

Got the baconator burger… with 1 piece of bacon… and 2 sad pieces of meat patties. drinks were old and flat. No ice in them. Absolutely horrible. They also never have anything. Always out of something. How they stay open is beyond.

Went through the drive-through to order a meal and they didn’t tell me that there was no ice so they handed me a soda with no ice which was flat. I asked her about the ice and she gave me the dirtiest look and told me the machine is broken.

Fast-forward…I now have food poisoning and have been pooping my guts out. I would be cautious at this location. Service is poor and that generally means cleanliness is poor also.

If you want chili, good luck. You probably have a better chance of winning double your money on a scratch off ticket than them making the chili. Also if you like ordering an order of large fries, but getting a medium order in a large container, you’ll love this Wendy’s.

I eat enough fast food to know what to expect, but this Wendy’s set the bar so low it tunneled under it.

Ordered all chicken nuggets except for one kid’s meal with a plain cheeseburger. The cheeseburger came loaded like a salad bar exploded, and the nuggets? Every single one tasted like chewing on an armadillo’s thigh tough, cold, and suspiciously waiting in a heat lamp purgatory.

We didn’t even wait that long, which means my food was apparently sitting there plotting against me.

One cashier actually worked, while three others leaned against the counter texting like they were unionized phone testers. Forgot one drink, had to ask. No spoons—because apparently this Wendy’s is on a spoon embargo .

Inside? Gross. With that many staff, that floor should be so clean I could eat my nuggets off it (not that I’d want to).

The kids’ meal ads hyped up a cool frosty-shaped toy, but reality smacked us with…Mr. Potato Head. That’s like promising a Ferrari and handing me a tricycle.

And the fries? So cold I thought they’d been sponsored by Elsa. The kicker: right next to the Frosty machine was a sign that read, “Revenge is best served cold.” I get it now, Wendy’s.

Wendy’s doesn’t suck but this location? Needs an exorcism.

On multiple occasions we are asked to pull forward to wait on one meal when we are only ones in the drive-thru. Typical wait time being 10-15mins. My husband was asked to cancel his order (1 meal) this evening because they had a school bus come in. He had ordered in advance on the app but they allowed him to sit and wait for his order in the drive-thru before finally telling him they would not serve him. We’re also charged 50 cents for every sauce, not even one with the meal anymore. One evening it was around 5pm – they were completely out of fries. This is the worst Wendy’s and needs new management & employees immediately.

Wanted to leave a review because my experience today was fantastic. Went around lunchtime and the crew was nice and professional. The food was on point and perfect! Well done!

This fast food restaurant is either understaffed or poorly managed. The drive through is incredibly slow. My drinks lack carbonation. My wife is so pissed at me for picking Wendy’s tonight. The guy running the drive thru is trying hard as hell to keep his head above water.

Hope you like slow food not delivered fast! Drove up to the drive-through waited 10 minutes at the speaker before somebody came on and said have you been helped yet? I told him no they made a weird kind of smirking sigh and asked me to please wait a little longer five minutes later they came back took my order for one sandwich. I pulled forward and 20 minutes later I left. Obviously this store has terrible training and terrible staff. I can’t imagine how bad the food is if the service can’t even get one order right for a single sandwich.

This is a brand new Wendy’s and I’ve been twice with both experiences lacking. The first was in drive thru, after paying for the food they asked me to pull forward and they’d bring the food out, 24 minutes later they bring out half the order… the supposed reason was the potato. When they brought the other half out it was already cold, so half the order was made quickly and sat there for 20+ minutes. Second instance was inside the dining room. Literally no customers in the dining room, I place the order to go and watch six cars pull through the drive thru while waiting. The dining room is immaculate, clean and very well done. It’s a great look but the sevice so far is 0 for 2.
