If you’re looking for the friendliest of bartenders and staff, visit John and the crew at the Lonerider! We were greeted with a smile, learned about the area a bit and have lots of laughs and a GREAT TIME!!! Can’t wait to come back in the summer for some outdoor seating and music vibes!!

Food quality was on the lower end and the service was even lower! Sad because with a location like this it has such potential! The bartender had zero personality at all that we sat with! It was overall disappointing and we came to spend time here so after this we just left to go hang at our house. May try to comeback and see if it changes. However another person mentioned the same issues, so hopes are low

The pretzels bits and chicken nachos were average at best. The beer was good and cold, but the bartender’s service was even colder. No smile, can I help you? or thank you. I felt like he should have tipped me since I felt as thought I needed to thank him for serving us. The band was excellent and the night was fun with friends.

We love Lonerider! Their pretzel bites are so good and the beer cheese is outstanding!! Sooooo good! We also love their fish and tots. Their fish batter is English pub style and absolutely delicious! Beer is always great. Service is friendly and hard working, despite often being under staffed. The location and views here are absolutely fabulous! Bring some island-vibe patience and enjoy the visit. Highly recommend it!

The service is always exceptional. The staff and owners are friendly. The atmosphere is super fun, often with live music, children and adults dancing. A real family friendly place. (Fur babies too. I’ve seen folks with pets at the picnic tables on the side lawn and outside on the deck.) When the musicians perform inside, it is at a nice volume that allows for conversation. But the best thing…you can’t beat the view!

Good place to have lunch/dinner, it is the only place on the island that provides quality food. Took our group 15 minutes to walk from our area in the beach to this restaurant. The food was great and the service was nice. Food took about 20-25 minutes for 5 meals. We didn’t experience the outside area but we were told that they only serve appetizers to people who dine there. Overall still a great experience, but be weary when going out during busy hours.

Went to this place for my cousins birthday. A casual thing no waiters or people knew it was her birthday but it was amazing. There is a peach cobbler truck there on weekends mostly for desert while this place has no dessert currently as of July 10 2024. The food was great and came out just as expected. You get very good portions for the price. It has corn-hole boards and a beautiful view from inside or out. You can eat inside or out. amazing place. Would go again. Menu price rang was 10-25 ish $. Good for the price

Great spot for lunch or dinner; it’s the sole location on the island offering quality cuisine. It took our group 15 minutes to walk from our section on the beach to this restaurant. The meal was excellent and the service was pleasant. Preparation of food required approximately 20-25 minutes for five meals. We didn’t see the outdoor area, but we were informed that they only offer appetizers to patrons dining there. Overall, it remains a wonderful experience, but take caution when venturing out during peak times

I visited this restaurant about a week ago with a group of friends, and we enjoyed a pleasant 20-minute walk to get there. The building itself is beautiful, and the atmosphere added to the experience. The food was absolutely delicious, making the 30-minute wait well worth it. We were informed that outdoor seating was only available for appetizers, which was good to know in advance. Overall, it was a memorable outing with great food and a charming setting.
