Sita’s Kitchen has a welcoming Eastern vibe. Today’s soup was a hearty, cumin-curry-scented bowl of fresh veggies and pinto beans, all locally grown.

My mango, banana, pineapple, hemp milk smoothie was a satisfying meal in itself.

Jessica and Ronald opened this charming café 8 years ago.

Small wonder it’s a favorite hangout for students.

This place is amazing! Some of the best food we have had (vegan or not). We both ordered the Mr. McGregor’s Garden sandwich.

Truly one of the best wraps either of us has ever had. You could taste how fresh everything on the wrap was. We also tried the hummingbird cake, chocolate silk pie, and the apple pie. All three were fantastic. The chocolate silk pie was heaven on a plate.

The owners are such a nice couple. The next time we are even near Trinidad we will make a detour to eat here. So yummy!

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was inviting! While waiting on our food we got to sit and work on the community puzzle. Great service and healthy but scrumptious food. We had: stuffed Sweet Potatoes with tofu, falafel pita, cinnamon roll and apple pie!!!

This little hidden treasure is amazing! The owners are welcoming, gentle and great hosts to their clients. My husband and I just stopped by the town on our way to Phoenix and we fell in love with their food and their plat wall!! We definitely are coming back!

This is without question the most delicious, wholesome food in Trinidad!

From the homemade flatbread to the amazing baked tofu, everything on the menu is fresh and delicious.

If you’re looking for a meat substitute, the BBQ jackfruit is as good as any pulled pork I’ve ever had.

The small cafe interior is welcoming and full of plants! I cannot say enough about this amazing restaurant.

The energy here is amazing! There is a couple working here and they BOTH were super welcoming and friendly. We had such a great conversation, we ordered smoothies and they were awesome! Can’t wait to come back to visit them.

I’m not vegan at all and this food was absolutely amazing and filling. So many good flavors and the service was just as good, very impressed.

I absolutely love this place! Beautiful atmosphere, and the owners are awesome. super friendly and accommodating. I had the jackfruit sandwich and it was quite literally some of the best BBQ I’ve had. Not to mention the chocolate silk pie. This dessert is in a category of its own with rich chocolate flavor and a thick creamy texture unlike anything I have ever tried before! Definitely worth a sit down!

Excellent food and super friendly owner! Couldn’t believe we found this vegan gem in the small town of Trinidad. My girlfriend is celiac and the owner of this place happens to be gluten-free as well, so they had plenty of options for her. They use a lot of locally sourced ingredients and appear to make everything from scratch. Only positive vibes here and all the plants make for a relaxing atmosphere. We look forward to eating here next time we’re in Trinidad!

My boss and I were in between jobs and decided to stop by and give it a try. He’s vegan, and was exited to see that there was a vegan option in Trinidad. The overall atmosphere was very tranquil, with art work and plants growing in the front window of the eatery. The whole menu has a wide variety of different options that cater to all pallets. We didn’t have to wait long after ordering to receive the food. Speaking of food, it was delicious! I ordered the falafel wrap and he ordered the barbecue pulled jack fruit. The only slightly negative part of the experience was that the food is a bit expensive for the smaller portion youreceive. But even then, definitely worth a try if you enjoy vegan food!
