Another place I love to visit, I picked up a club on a sub, they don’t do the traditional sub with oil, vinegar, tones of lettuce and tomatoes, I ask for extra lettuce but got no extra, I thought it was free,( lettuce ) thier subs were down sized like subway, instead of a 4,5 inch, it’s more like 2 inches wide, subway has the window so you can watch them make your sub and add things as they do,I didn’t see that here. They are good but if I could have seen more additives I would have put more, stand up and watch them make your sub is best, in all good food
Clean, nice cashier, easy to talk with. Spoke English very well,

Been eating here for 2 years. The service was great. They changed their staffs a couple times. Yesterday I went in and ordered the food like usual. Carry out order so I didn’t tip like usual. Anyway, the cashier gave me a different cup (clear with Lid already on and obviously looked used and dirty) for my order and told me this is your cup while they have a full stack of paper cups that is at the front as usual. I looked at the cup and immediately knew something was wrong so I told him that I will get a different cup and get the one from the front at their counter. Due to this I have to watch they make the food like a hawk and make sure the employee that I spoke to didn’t try to do something with our food. The other employee came back from the bathroom break and the usual cashier with the curly hair stepped in to help with the order. Out of the 3 sandwich I ordered only 2 were made right. One of them just have meat and cheese and nothing else. It didn’t resemble the sandwich that we usual have. I have decided to never eat here again if this is how they treat you and your food if you don’t tip for Carry out orders.

At 12:30 the place is empty. Usually a bad sign, right? Nope! Great food! Great price! And super dooooper friendly people working here!
The restaurant is pretty clean and to be honest, these sammiches are way above what o would expect from a chain sammich shop.
Awesome!

Yes 5 Stars during my first visit. From the delicious food to the outstanding service! Don’t know what to order, just ask Randy. The guy really knows his sandwiches! Had one of the juiciest tender sandwiches ever. Check out my pictures to see Randys creation and how to order it. I would call it the Randinator because it killed the rest of the sandwiches!

I recently visited Firehouse Subs at 3135 Hwy 6 in Sugar Land, and I must say, the experience was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The team was welcoming, friendly, and attentive.
A special shoutout to the manager, Rofhni! Her dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Rofhni consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves happy, making the dining experience memorable. It’s clear she lead her team with passion and commitment.
Now, let’s talk about the sandwiches—they are simply delicious! Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and amazing flavors come together in every bite. Whether you prefer a classic or something with a twist, you’ll find the perfect sandwich here.
Overall, I highly recommend Firehouse Subs in First Colony for its stellar customer service, excellent management, and mouthwatering sandwiches. I can’t wait to return!

Normally I love this location but I placed an order online and someone came in and grabbed my order. I think they need to ask for ID when picking up an order. They remade it
However they looked at me

My favorite sub sandwich spot has been Firehouse Subs for the past 5 or so years. But I must say, not every location provides consistent tasting sandwiches & all locations definitely aren’t customer service centered. This location provides both when I visit it every so often.
The young guy who typically rings me up is polite & welcoming & my sandwiches are always made correctly and tasty. I could eat an Italian sub a couple times a week, but I’m trying to watch my carb intake & lose weight, so I’ll visit maybe 2x a month. But the anticipation of having to wait weeks or even a month or two between my subs…makes it all the more enjoyable when I do.

The ambiance is dull and average. The Jamaican jerk turkey sandwich was okay. The sauce was super sweet, though I was expecting spicy. I appreciate what Firehouse subs does for the firefighters , however, they charge a high price for sandwiches that are mediocre at best. It’s totally not worth the price. The cashier that took my order was super friendly and answered my questions about their $3 pickle buckets. When I got to eat my sandwich, the pickle was on my sandwich and had made it soggy. I really wished the pickle was separated from the sandwich, but it wouldn’t have helped the sandwich improve much. It was about $15 for a medium Jamaican jerk turkey sub plus the tip.
