I’ve ordered delivery quite a few times but lately the service have been getting progressively worse in both accuracy with the order and timelines. Last time I ordered delivery from this location it took 2 hours and nothing was right about, not to mention it was cold. This time it looks like it was run over by a truck. Not to mention the very rude delivery driver. I think I’m done with this place. The picture is after my wife straightened it out a little bit.

Ran a 50% off during soft opening. Great service. Reviews are due to a community page FB post by a mom, but it was called out that the employee made multiple mistakes. Rory, calm down, kids are learning, but my pizza was great! And one of the “reviewers” is always complaining about everything and was fired recently too. Take what you want from the reviews my my pizza rocked.

I recently visited Papa John’s and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and it came out hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. The crust was soft with a slight crisp, and the garlic butter dip added a great extra flavor.
The restaurant was clean and well-organized, making it easy to grab my order and go. Prices are reasonable, especially with the frequent deals and combos available.
Overall, Papa John’s delivered a solid, satisfying pizza experience. Great for a quick dinner or casual night in.

This Papa John’s Location is great. The pizza is consistently well-made, ready on time, and tastes fresh. Orders are accurate and the quality is fantastic. The staff is professional and courteous. They’re efficient, keep things moving, and handle orders smoothly. It’s clear they know what they’re doing and take care of the basics well.
Overall, a extremely dependable spot for a good pizza with friendly service. No complaints.

This Papa John’s is an absolute joke that’s run by kids who should be studying instead of working a fast food job. I’ve tried to order multiple times and always have to cancel because they have an issue or no driver. They will automatically send your order to door dash without your authorization and can’t help when you call to find out what’s going on. 0/10 DO NOT ORDER HERE.

Our large pizza had about 3 shreds of cheese and something was wrong with the crust- it was dry and had little holes all over it. Won’t be ordering here again

I’m so excited about PJ’s being in the Reynolds/Fairview area. I order the other night and everything was perfect. Pizza was amazing, delivery driver was so kind, and they were ahead of the quoted delivery time. Can’t wait for football season!

We had a great experience here and even ordered in their first night open. Every restaurant needs time to work out kinks when they first open, but our service was prompt, staff was polite and efficient and the pizza was great! Excited for this for our community.

I appreciate that this is a new location and basically staffed with high school kids, but my god, my experience was just appalling. I ordered a pizza online for pickup because the website suggested that it was the only option, which was also not accurate. Anyway, I went to pick up the pizza and was told it was still in the oven. Clearly, the tracking app wasn’t working at first, then I repoen after waiting for 20 minutes, and it suggested that the pizza had been picked up. I made an inquiry to the young lady at the register, and she got the “manager.” I asked for simple clarification as ro where my pizza was. I was told there was a mistake and that my pizza had been given to someone else or put in the wrong box… it was difficult to understand this mumbling child, who supposedly was in charge. He stood there like a deer in headlights, blaming his staff for the mistake, saying, “They don’t like tell me anything… I didn’t know. ” He just stood there looking at me. There was no offer to refire the pizza, hel,l make a new one and deliver it considering that actually was an option… just nothing but a blank stare. So, I just turned around and left empty-handed. To make it worse, I had to call back in and demand a refund, as if that wouldn’t have been their first course of action, aside from making another pizza. I don’t know who owns this franchise, but you seriously need to train your staff and should have done so prior to opening. Perhaps hiring an adult to supervise might be helpful. I’m sure my business will not be missed.
