This is a newly remodeled Imos and it is so nice. Katie was at the register and was so pleasant and welcoming. Very clean and the food was hot and delicious. Definitely coming back when we are here

I love eating here whenever I’m working in Jeff City. First time seeing their expanded dining room…very nice.
I just wish they’d expand their Taste of St. Louis meal deal to have an option with a 1/2 salad, 1/2 order of toasted ravioli, cheese garlic bread and a 2-topping pizza…that would satisfy ALL my dinner cravings.

“I went to Imo’s Pizza and spent about $50 on food. When I ordered my wings, I asked for them to be “double baked.” The cashier responded by asking if I wanted them “well done,” and I said yes because I assumed she was just correcting the terminology.

Later I found out that “well done” only means about 10 minutes of cook time, while the regular cook time is 8 minutes. What I originally asked for—double baked—would have been 16 minutes. The cashier should have clarified instead of changing my request.

When I spoke to the manager, he was very dismissive and took no accountability. Instead, he blamed me for not using the “correct terminology” and said I should have asked for them “fried extra hard.” He also told me the cashier didn’t know what she was doing. I told him I wasn’t going to eat the wings, and he told me to drive back to the restaurant with them.

By that point, some wings were missing because my kids had already started eating from the container. I wasn’t about to collect half-eaten wings from my children’s plates just to prove a point. Driving 15 minutes back to the restaurant with gooey wings completely ruined my appetite.

On my way home, I decided I would just try to speak with the owner and get my money back. I actually collected the 5 bitten wings and the 2 wings that were not eaten, just in case I needed proof that we didn’t eat them.

I thought speaking to the owner would make a difference, but it didn’t. When I called her, she seemed more focused on telling me about other customers who complain to get free food. That had nothing to do with my situation. I never asked for free food. I just wanted someone to take accountability, apologize, and make the situation right when the mistake was clearly on their end.

When she called me back later, she said they could only replace one order of wings because there were missing wings. I explained that I still had the bitten wings and could bring them back to show that we didn’t eat them.

She still told me no.

What really frustrated me is that the mistake happened on their end, yet no one took accountability or showed any sympathy for the situation. Instead, it felt like I was being treated like I was trying to scam free food, which was never my intention.

I will never eat from this restaurant again. I’m not going out of my way or going through all of this just to get free food. I simply wanted someone to acknowledge the mistake and make it right. Customers should be aware that if you complain about your food—even honestly—you may be treated like you’re just looking for free food.”

I make it a point to order from Imo’s everytime I’m in Jefferson City. They always deliver it to my hotel without any issues. The service and price are both good, and so is the pizza. They have always been dependable for me and that’s why I keep going back. Thanks Imo’s!

Do not order wings from here cause literally my order was not correct and when I called to the store and talked to some guy he wanted to argue and refused to send the correct item and said I’m not sending someone all the way out there for that when the wings were bone dry and supposed to have sauce on them and no ranch. How do you do business if you can get someone simple order correct? Than he just like I’ll refund your money which never happened either. I’m so pissed and not from here and worst experience ever!!!

We ordered a pizza tonight and it took forever to arrive. They also got the order wrong. I called to see if we could get credit for the pizza we had actually ordered and no one answered. Not liking this place as much as we used too.

Try Imp’s in JC!! First time to eat here and it exceeded all my expectations! Had a fabulous salad. Love that they have gluten-free (Cauliflower crust) pizza as well! They also have dine-in, and the place is immaculate! New owners, who rock…locally owned!
