When me and my mom were eating she found a piece of glove in her meal and when we called they wouldn’t help us, when we tried to send in a email they said the file was too big. Very unprofessional, very unclean, and just very disappointing. To top all of this there was only 1 person working so it took a while.

The bowl was put together sloppy, there was no chicken just alot of onions, the queso wasn’t filled to the top, the lid was bent along with the paper bag it was in not nicely sealed.. No wonder why they have a 3.9 rating. Smh.

To anyone have Chipotle, I believe it is just about the place to be like any other Chipotle. The food in general is just like any other, but I would like to just hope that the management can focus a bit more on the cleanliness of the place, and the consistency of the food being given.
I believe when someone knows what they are doing, there usually isn’t a problem. The last visit I had, the floor was wet (no one cleaned up the water, which is right where you order), and there was no spoons or forks where you grab the utensils. Then when I open my food, there was a bottom part of a romaine lettuce inside my bowl. So that is just what I mean, I love to have the convenience to have a location nearby here, but I am writing this I hopes that the experience can just be more on par from the other chipotles that we visit.

They let the food bins go empty or almost empty before they decided to cook more meat. The service was slow but nice. The radio was on so high I could barely hear the soft spoken women server. The establishment was maybe 70 degrees. So freezing.

I checked with Pepper Chat and online threads as well before going in to use a physical free entree card at this location and the lady that spoke with me when I got there told me she would charge for the extras outside of the normal entree after looking at the card. I did not order any food yet and told them I would try another location. As I turned around to leave, the same lady at the register tried to reinforce the ’fact’ that every other Chipotle location would have the same result with me being billed extra for more protein, etc. I went to ANOTHER location that was actually willing to try to utilize the entree card on my order and it went through as $0 after scanning the QR code. I guess not all Chipotles work like this special one

Did not ask for extra steak, you charged me for extra steak, then refund me the extra Sofritas ? Improve your communication please. I know that you are training your people, but shouldn’t you be aware of what customers ask for ? This 1 star is also for your attitude. It’s not like I really care about the over charge. If you cannot be patient to hear customers’ voice, then you shouldn’t stay at your position. Thanks

found a spider in my salad bowl , showed staff and they were originally only going to only refund one/two of the bowls when it came out of the same salad container. Didn’t even offer to refund my chips and drink either. Worst chipotle i’ve been too and ruined my appetite.
