We got lunch here and everything was great. The Studio Ghibli atmosphere was adorable. The service was so nice, and the individual trays were a nice surprise. We got the Philly roll, the Hawaii roll, and the zesty salmon rolls and all three were delicious. Texturally and flavor wise. We also got scallop sashimi which was served charred and the flavor was incredible. We got miso soup as well. All sushi rolls also were jam packed with ingredients with large pieces of fish. Very reasonable prices.

Walking into Miyazaki’s was everything I had hoped it would be! Quiet and quaint, creative and kind. We order a Haku roll, an eel roll, an AAC roll, a crab salad roll (with spicy mayo on top), and a yellowtail roll, with a miso soup to start.
The miso soup was the best I’ve ever had! The slices of tofu and flakes of seaweed were perfectly tender and flavorful. And the broth, I could sip from a tea cup.
And the rolls! I LOVE eel but the way they melted in my mouth was sensational!
Local spots like this, spaces filled with tenderness and care, are the best parts about eating out anywhere. Please, please, stop by, be kind, and enjoy some of the freshest, most wonderful, Japanese delights here in Michigan.

Super cute Ghibli-inspired little restaurant off of M59. Reminds me of little convenient stores in Japan. Love their small but good quality sushi options, they also have musubi. I was impressed with the torched salmon inari. Free water/coffee station for dine-in customers.

This place was amazing! The sushi was so delicious, we got the Hanabi firecracker roll and it was so smoky and amazing, and not too spicy either! They have complimentary coffee and tea and the food came out super quick! 10/10 will definitely be coming back
