Just had the best experience at Dairy Queen, and I have to give a shoutout to Whitney! Seriously, this employee went above and beyond to make my visit awesome. From the moment I walked in, Whitney was super friendly and had a smile that could light up a room. I was having a tough time deciding between the Oreo Blizzard and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough one (tough choices, right?), and Whitney was so patient, offering suggestions and even telling me about some custom combos that customers love. I went with the Oreo Blizzard, and it was perfect – exactly the right amount of cookie crumbles! Whitney made the whole experience so enjoyable with genuine enthusiasm and top-notch customer service. It’s not every day you come across someone who clearly loves their job and cares about making customers happy. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by and hope that Whitney is there to make your day a little sweeter!

Wife and I went to Dairy Queen today cause she was craving one of their ice cream twist cones. I was wanting their large crinkle cut fries. Because of time of day they had to make a new batch of fries so they asked us to pull ahead. Susan came out, offered me a soda on the house while we waited. I thought that was pretty cool. When it was all said and done, we had a great conversation with her fantastic service and the wife was happy that she got her ice cream. Highly recommend this place. Great customer service. Ask for Susan.

Just picked up the $30 Family Meal from the Madison Avenue DQ. 1st, the gals that work there were so friendly, quite a change from where I picked up chicken last week right down the street. The meal deal was great! Crispy tenders and fries and lots of them and what’s not to love about 4 Dilly Bars for dessert? 2 chocolate and 2 cherry! We’ll be getting this again!

I order a MnM blizzard and a dilly bar box the other day. I get shy a lot and was really out of it but the cashier (Emily? Emailer? I think?) was really patient sparkling a bit of whimsy and humor to ease the nerves.

There’s a certain thing I look for when I go to Dairy Queen, sometimes it’s ice cream, food, or just wonderful service. The girls that work there are so nice, I feel so much love even when my wife doesn’t. One of the girls, Kira, works hard to give everyone good service, and communicates clearly when she can’t help just yet, that’s why she’s my favorite girl ❤️
