The biscuit I got had good flavor but had nasty fake cheese and something I could have done better at home. The literal biscuit part was so thin. Very skimpy on the food. Maverick biscuit is a million times better with massive portions and it’s local. I love me a biscuit so it’s disappointing that the biscuit part was the smallest.

It just wasn’t that good. The biscuits at Bo Jangles are better. The chicken on my wife’s chicken biscuit tastes poorly. I will say the country ham on my biscuit was quite good. It’s a shame, we were really excited to go there.
The staff was friendly and polite.
As for the atmosphere…Fox News was blaring on the TV. No thanks.

We’ve been excited about the opportunity to try a new breakfast place and they did not disappoint. It was very crowded but very well staffed on one of their first weeks open. We carried out several menu items in order to try different things. The apple blossom pastry was delicious and hot even by the time it made it home. The biscuits were flaky and light and complimented the breakfast sandwiches well. We especially enjoyed the biscuits and gravy as well as the potato wedges. Looking forward to dining in and trying other menu items which will be hot right out of the oven. Staff was friendly, patient, and willing to assist with suggestions on the menu. Great job on a successful opening!

Our annual Christmas Eve tradition has become Biscuitville, and we always enjoy eating there. Food is perfectly cooked, sensational (my 13 year old ‘s assessment), service was fast and very friendly, and the restaurant is very clean and bright! Restrooms were clean and well stocked.
We come more often than Christmas Eve, but this is always a special memory for us, and we are thankful that Biscuitville is always stellar to make that memory even better.

I think the service and food are good! I only have one complaint, the cheese is never melted on my bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I get this every time I go which isn’t very often, but the times I have been the cheese is never melted, which makes the biscuit taste cold. Anyway this is the only reason why I give it 4 ⭐️’s. The hashbrowns are my favorite! This is a great place to eat though.

Wow this is a great breakfast place. The biscuits are made right in front of you and they are amazing. I had the loaded meatloaf and it was good!!! I had a bowl of the hash brown casserole and it was the best I’ve ever had!! The staff was amazing so friendly and helpful!

The drive through was quick and easy. The person taking my order was friendly. The biscuit was alright.
But the fries were a Fail! They were dry and hard as if they were very old. I can’t believe someone put those in my bag. I’m sure they wouldn’t have wanted to eat them. That was unacceptable. I threw the fries in the trash since I couldn’t eat them. The considerate thing to do would have been to ask me if I wanted to wait for a fresh order. I heard someone ask how long it would have been for fresh fries, so that tells me they already knew they were giving me a bad order. I was very disappointed. I’ve added a picture of them.
Again the service was excellent and I can sell the fries probably would have been good if they were served properly. I would go again and support this business, but I will definitely check my order before leaving everytime I go here now.

My first time going there today, I got a Vanilla and cinnamon latte which was very good. As well as, a spicy chicken biscuit. I took one bite and it was dry and there was a black piece of hair in it. Obviously I can’t eat the rest of it. I got honey mustard on the side and it was half filled up.

I go to Biscuitville almost every day when I work. I always get a bacon and egg biscuit with NO cheese. Sometimes they slip up and no big deal, last year not only did I get cheese but also got some of the plastic with it. I went to the manager and he acted like it was no big deal. He grabbed the plastic still stuck to the biscuit and quickly threw it in the trash. He offered me a refund. So fast forward a few months and I decide to try again. Same old thing, sometimes I get cheese, sometimes not. Well today I get a new surprise. I had paper in the bottom of my cup! I wondered why it was so hard to get anything through the straw. Not going to the manager his time. Now I’m calling corporate!
