Zero customer service & employee was on her phone while I was at the counter and had to find her hiding in the drive thru window text on her phone while customers are waiting… the cook in the back seen me and was attempting to assist when she said she’d get it..

I haven’t been here for several years. I wasn’t sure at times if the dining room was open. I just saw people going through the drive thru when I went to Kroger. I decided to stop by one night. I ordered the 2 piece Fish Combo with Coke Slaw, Onion Rings, Hush Puppies, Crab Cake, and a Diet Pepsi. It was very good. I will probably be back. I just wish they had an app.
UPDATE: June 12, 2024-I finally found they got an app, and I decided to try it. I ordered a Fish Sandwich, Onion Rings, and a Diet Pepsi. Since this was my first order, I got the Fish Sandwich for free! This was great! My meal was delicious, and I will continue to use the app and order from here.
UPDATE: July 7, 2024-I ordered from the app again, and I ordered the 2 piece Chicken Combo with Onion Rings, Hush Puppies, and a Diet Pepsi. The chicken is just as good as the fish. The food was all very delicious. The food and the app are all well worth it!
UPDATE: July 23, 2024-I again ordered from the app, and this time, I ordered the 2 piece Fish Combo with Waffle Fries, a Diet Pepsi, and Cheesecake for dessert. The meal was delicious, especially the cheesecake. Long John Silver is becoming one of my favorite places!
UPDATE: September 25, 2024-I ordered from the app the 2 Fish Tacos Combo with Waffle Fries and Diet Pepsi. The Fish Tacos were good, but they would be better in a hard shell, like regular tacos. Overall, the meal was very good.
UPDATE: December 10, 2024-I decided to try their Lobster Bites Combo. The combo included a piece of fish, a savory side, two hush puppies, Lobster Bites, and a drink. My savory side was Waffle Fries, and my drink was Diet Pepsi. Lobster Bites are bits of lobster cut up and fried. I have never had them before, but they were delicious. The whole meal was delicious, but I wish there were two pieces of fish.

This restaurant is disgusting, even putrid. The only thing I’d recommend is that they’re closed down for filthy and unsanitary conditions. Where’s the dam health inspector in Richmond Indiana?? My visit yesterday was the first after several years, however I’ll NEVER go back.

They’ve messed up the order several times through DoorDash and then when I go through the drive-through they give me no coleslaw and then there’s a long hair in my soda absolutely disgusting. I am so happy know that our long John Silver’s in Richmond Hiers qualified people. Not wasting gas to get a refund. Hire better mangers

I really enjoy going into this place because I can always get fish and hush puppies, macaroni and cheese green beans. I guess you can say you can just get your comfort foods and then top it off with an A&w Root beer float but highly recommend it. Check it out and enjoy!

What a shock! Haven’t been to a Long John Silvers in years. The interior of the restaurant was awesome. Very nicely decorated. The service was very exceptional. The fish Salmon and Cod was perfect. Fish planks too thin to cook without over cooking. More breading than meat.
Chicken pieces LITERALLY smaller than the sauce packets (see photo) while the prices keep going up up up.

This Long John Silvers has really gone downhill. I haven’t been here in a few years and I used to love their chicken plank platter with french fries, coleslaw and hush puppies…well, no more! Everything I received was nasty…I won’t be eating at Long John Silvers ever again! I spent $12 on a meal that was fit for a trash can. The french fries were not even fries…the chicken planks were not fresh and very small and the coleslaw tasted like it had been sitting around for days…even the hush puppies were nasty…soggy on one side and not hot or fresh!

ATTEMPTED to eat here. It was 7:50pm. According to the website it states that they were open until 9:00pm. As we parked and got out of our vehicle I could see 1 employee laugh and was talking to someone inside. As we walked to the entrance you could see another employee rushing to the door. As I reached for the door she grabbed the door and pulled and proceeded to lock the door. She didn’t bother to say anything to us. Not sorry the dining room is closed nothing. There was another gentleman right behind us that also thought it was open until 9 as well. What made it worse you could see the 2 employees inside laughing as we got back in our vehicles. Needless to say we will not be back to this one with RUDE employees such as these!

I haven’t ate there for yrs. Now I know why. What I got for 13.99 plus tax was sad. 2 Small piece’s of fish one thing that I think was a Chicken tender and 2 shrimp. I could have went to Red lobster and got a real dinner for 15.00. Will not go back
