I have never had a problem here. If you make it clear what you want and have a little patience, you’ll get it. And the manager lady will talk and cut up with you. She’s cool.

Still no problem here. I don’t understand the bad reviews. I live just around the corner so I go in and order. Never ever had a problem.
Don’t complain on these folks because you ordered delivery and the 3rd party screwed it up. Don’t complain because you’re on your phone in the drive thru and not paying attention. They don’t know what’s in your head. They just know what’s on their menu.
If you say it right, they’ll get it right.

Had a wonderful experience. The cashier was quick to acknowledge our presence and willingness to answer any questions. Placed our order and she offered a different way to get the same thing and save money. The manager was equally as helpful and just as friendly. Was not ready for such friendliness and helpfulness. Glad I visited

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars because it doesn’t even warrant 1. Loud, disrespectful manager berating her employees in front of all customers. Drive thru closed without any sort of notification. Waited 20+ minutes to get to the front of the line then the manager pulled the cashier off the line to get a drink for a customer she herself easily could’ve served. Only one two customers received their food while we waited. Plan better than we did and go to the next available taco Bell!

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced before at a “fast” food place. Waited in line (2 cars back) for 30 minutes before even placing an order. Then I waited 20 more minutes for the person in front of me to get their food. Finally the person behind me backed out and left so I backed out and left too. Almost an hour of waiting and didn’t get any food. Then I went to Arby’s and it took 5 minutes. I’ve had slow wait times (20-3 minutes) here multiple times before but never this bad. When I drove back by KFC after getting my food, the car that was in front of me at KFC was still waiting for their food at the window.

Got a 2 piece today, was correct and hot and was plenty of food.
Know what you want when you get there. Get off the phone with your baby daddy and pay attention to what you’re doing.

Service was very slow . Had to wait on my order of a pot pie fill up for 25 minutes.They had them in the case but mgr chose to get drive thru orders out instead of lobby orders.Several people got money and left. The crew consisted of 5 members none had any sense of urgency because their shift was coming to an end. Poor service , no tea for lobby , bad customer service.

3.20.19 – so we gave this location a second chance and it turned out better. Service was prompt, chicken was cooked and biscuits were soft. Here’s hoping for more positive experiences in the future.
Early 2018 – The chicken was disgusting and obviously not fresh, nor cooked anytime recently. The biscuits were hard as rocks and the fries were soggy and cold. It’s a sad day when people just don’t give a damn about their job and serve disgusting food without a care in the world. We won’t be back to this location, we’ll gladly go elsewhere.

Never again. Truly the wait was horrible, 20 minutes for a normal meal, the food was cold by the time I got it. Food was soggy, nachos has a long strand of hair in it, the soft tacos were leaking oil and the soft taco shells were torn and sticking to the paper. No thanks. Bad standards for taco bell, and I love taco bell.
