Great local deli & cafe. Doesn’t look like much on the outside, but it’s worth going inside! It’s counter service with a wide selection of sandwiches, soups, salads, etc. And they have Ale8 Zero! Definitely worth trying this locally owned cafe.

Everything was delicious and seemed to be made with care. We had the two breakfast sandwiches and the quiche of the day – all for under $20! Loved the classic old family diner vibe. Hope this place sees a nice busy rush sometimes because we had the place to ourselves!

I’ve driven by here for years and never stopped in. Always thought the outside was plain and uninviting. First visit, the inside looks great, staff was friendly, the food….. not so good. Wrap was very plain and nothing special about it, on the small side. Coleslaw was bland. Side salad, the dressing probably cost more than the rest of the ingredients. (Not knocking the dressing, I like that brand) The soup my wife got tasted like it wasn’t cooked long enough because it still had a flour taste to it. Best part was the bread bowl. Idk if they make them in house or buy them from someone else. I don’t usually do bad reviews but this was a bit of a disappointment. I’m not sure I would come back.

Salad made wrong. Missed ingredients, order was taken correctly.
Very stingy, best to raise prices and give decent portions.
Very dissatisfied. Nothing like it used to be.
Lacking customer service, except for the young lady who took the order. Definitely not inviting. After speaking on the phone to a gentleman regarding the salad, I was informed that I would have to bring it back. Period. Didn’t get an apology, ask what was wrong or any remorse. Just Bring it back.
Couldn’t wait to try the place after hearing about it for so many years, will never go back, unless it becomes under new management.

This place is great! My wife is celiac and they were very knowledgeable about gluten issues and ingredients. I had the BACON, EGG & FRIED GREEN TOMATO SANDWICH and it was SO good! My wife and grandson had turkey sandwiches and they really enjoyed them. Try the cornbread salad! So good!

I’m leisurely enjoying the Beer Cheese Trail and decided to stop in for a sandwich and beer cheese. If you’re into oven-baked sandwiches, this place is a must! I ordered the Italian and really liked it. It was full of flavor! The beer cheese was excellent as well. It had a bit of a kick, which is how I like it.

Gone down hill. Don’t place receipt on the hot sandwich! Change your water filter if you even have one. The water was gross and sodas tasted off.
