We had to be in Edmond, so I finally got to try The Fried Taco. So, so, so good! Crunchy, salty chips, love the warm salsa and mango guacamole. Tried the beef taco, pork taco, brisket taco, and jerk chicken taco. And a beef empanada. All were yum-o! Cannot wait to come back! Seriously, that empanada was *chef’s kiss*. Highly recommend! I wish I would have gotten some to-go for dinner. The mango hibiscus lemonade was amazing, too!

We ordered last-minute catering and it was great. The food was hot and everybody loved it. It’s so flavorful and unique. Everybody was so friendly and attentive. They gave us a lot of food and it’s much cheaper than other large orders anywhere else.

Used an app to order a ‘surprise’. Ended up with chips and salsa (both great) and buffalo chicken fried tacos. The BC Fried Tacos wouldn’t generally be something I’d be gaga for, but getting them in the random draw was incredibly clutch. The spicy chicken, bleu cheese, and fried preparation on a corn hard shell taco makes a lot of sense after the fact and was a real treat for me. I’m enjoying it as I type this out and feel the favor of the Fates in a way I wish I enjoyed more. They’ve got a nice patio outside too, if you’d prefer enjoying these with a beer.

Addendum: The spice on these isn’t Thai food level. 1.5-2.5 ticks below that. Too much for milder palates probably, but tremendous for everyone else. When in doubt, trust in the bleu cheese finish.

Do not recommend. They overcharge you for food. I ordered $12 nachos and they charged me $24 and tipped themselves. The cashier is a woman with glasses with black hair and tattoos who’s extremely rude and acts like you’re an inconvenience for ordering food at a restaurant. She runs around like a chicken without a head because she’s constantly forgetting you ordered. Then she’ll roll her eyes at you if you ask for your food after waiting 30 minutes. Dirty tables. Paint chipping from the walls. Just overall way too overpriced. And what makes matters worse the food here is absolutely disgusting.

We arrived at 4pm on a Sunday. We both ordered Coconut Lavender Lemonade. **DELICIOUS!!** I don’t like coconut, my husband doesn’t care for lemonade – but we both loved it. We both got the 2 Taco meal with side. Brisket Tacos, a Pork Taco, An Original Beef Taco…. and Yucca Fries and Elote. Everything was super flavorful. So good!!! Food took about 10 minutes from order until ready. Total for everything for the 2 of us was just under $40.

The old fashioned ground beef taco was great. The chicken bacon ranch empanada I felt was missing the bacon / bacon flavor and ranch might have been on the side maybe or not…. the hubs tray got some sort of dill sauce that might have been ranch but I just thought I was eating a chicken empanada so I’ll just say it was soso. They advertise queso that includes chorizo but I’d rather see queso that you can add chorizo to for an extra charge instead of having to pay for unwanted chorizo. They throw in weird things unnecessarily like mango that I didn’t want in the guacamole but you could hardly taste it. After studying this menu board and picking a chip and dip trio for $10 off to the side somewhere laying on the counter it says something about $1.50 for a queso…. I missed it. The corn in the elote was disappointing not being roasted/grilled.
Round 2…. Definitely get an order of nachos for $13 instead of a chip and dip trio for $10.

Love the new location. Great place to eat outside as well. The service from the cashier left much to be desired. We were trying to look at menu and order but felt very rushed and kept getting eye rolls .
The food was very good. The yucca fries are AMAZING, the brisket taco was good although a little greasy. The empanadas were good but the ground beef and cheese empanadas was too runny. The little sauces provided were delicious as was the coconut mango hibiscus lemonade. Would come back because we do like the food and the environment was pretty chill.

A lot better than most of the so called Mexican eatery. The food here has signature taste to it that makes the experience even better.
I would be going back next time and wud happily recommend it to anyone who wants to try something different.
