Do not online order/delivery from this place. Ordered 12 cookies and received 9. No explanation! Nothing. Even my receipt says 12 cookies. One and done with this place. And no one answers the phone. Ordered these for my family as a treat, what a let down and a rip off. They do their own delivery so they can’t blame DoorDash or UberEats!

I ordered the triple chocolate deluxe cookie. It was really fresh and tastes incredible. If you want to order icecream sandwich, go for deluxe size. Classic cookie sandwich is kind of small to be a sandwich. Definitely recommend this place for dessert after a great meal.

Every single service worker has an attitude. Cookies were great, but it’s not that hard to mess up cookies that come frozen. Stop paying $15 for 6 cookies. If you could get them without the workers copping an attitude or running off to talk to someone, still wouldn’t be worth it. Grease all over the box.

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered using the coupon code they gave me from the last time they messed it up, and again. Never ceases to amaze me, I ordered 2 s mores, 2 snickerdoodles, and 4 chocolate chunk, and what came in the box? 1 burnt s more, 1 burnt snickerdoodle, and 1 burnt chocolate chunk. I’ve ordered from them 3 times, and each time they mess it up worse. And you wouldn’t think that the times I order are busy times, the second time I ordered was 3 in the afternoon, and they showed up 45 minutes past what I scheduled for the delivery time, again with burnt cookies and low quality service. Needless to say I will never be ordering from here ever again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Fool me 3 times? what the hell are you doing? This place is the definition of idiocy in its purest form. And the cookies are not good.
Update. Called customer service. Asked for refund. Didn’t give it to me. Not a coupon or even an apology to make up for their lack of ability. They instead decided to resend the cookies. And send them 2 and a half hours after I called and was asleep as I get up at 6 am everyday. Showed up at 12:45. And still got my order wrong! I didn’t get two of the cookies I paid for. Safe to say. Never ordering from here ever again.

Worst service ever!! I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered the batch of 18 the day before as a treat for my parents and the nursing staff at UC Health Hospital. The order was to arrive by 4:30PM so that they could be enjoyed before the shift ended at 7:00PM. They had not arrived by 6:00. When I called I had to wait 15 minutes for the phone service (not on site) to finally answer. They played relay between myself and the site store. I get told the order had gone out. “NO, IT HAD NOT!” But they called you. ‘NO, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL.” Let me asked them again. Oh, they talked to John, he’s coming to pick them up. “MY FATHER IS BEDRIDDEN IN THE HOSPITAL, HE IS NOT COMING TO PICK THEM UP.” Goes back to talk to store, they are sending a deliver person right now they apparently delivered another order and marked yours as the one they delivered. Order arrives at 7:00PM just as nurses are leaving their shift & my mother is leaving from visiting. The 18 cookies arrive in three boxes, not one large one. When opened all three boxes look like they have been thrown down the stairs. Broken, piled on top of each other, a total mess.
We are not local to the Cincinnati area, but we will NEVER order from this company again on a visit. I do not recommend to UC students or the local residents. Customer service, delivery service, and the produce we ended up with are in no way worth all the hassle of the experience or the quality and Sam’s Club flavor of our overpriced experience.

Cookies were not warm . They were hard and the box was cold. 27.00 I could have made them myself. They were for my boys, czme cold and one was upside down.
