HORRIBLE costumer service and food that is microwaved.
I am extremely disappointed to write this review as this used to be my favorite go to spot in town.
After today, I would never suggest this place nor return. I don’t know if they have new owners or if they just don’t care anymore but the last few months the quality of food has been subpar.
Food has often been Overcooked and cold at the same time. This is because they are microwaving the left over food and serving it. I am all about reuse reduce and recycle but if you’re charging me $15 a plate I expect my food to be edible and fresh.
Today I contacted the restaurant after I was unable to eat my meal as my chicken was cooked in a way that looked like it was microwaved..
it was “glued” together in a clump by the sauce, the chicken was dried up and hard to chew. The chicken was both overcooked and cold in the middle.. a result of uneven cooking .. The dish looked like you took your leftovers out of the fridge and eat them up in the microwave yourself.
I try eating it, but I was not able to and kept getting grossed out. The final straw was the rice being frozen in the middle. Old rice or reheated rice can be dangerous.
I called the restaurant and I never in my life was treated as horrible as I was by the woman “owner.” she called me a thief and lowlife who was trying to get a free meal from her restaurant. I told her I would bring the food back but she refused. I told her to look up my order history and she would see I order there 1-2 times a week for the last year and she said “I don’t care” and called me a scammer. I asked her what my options were and so told me to “never come back” so I won’t.
So avoid this place if you can. It used to my favorite and I spent my Christmas there the last two years so I’m extremely disappointed the way I was treated.
But if you like reheated leftovers at full price and being called a lowlife scammer than this is the place for you!!

I’m sorry it took me so long to find it. It’s fast and super tasty. Hot and sour soup and a shrimp or egg roll makes a great meal. Shrimp and scallops is a bigger meal and was fantastic. Another trip, the House Special Wonton soup was a meal in itself. Not just wontons but shrimp and some veggies. The container was delicious and Choc full. Great Wall is fast becoming a favorite.

I ordered shrimp fried rice…since when did shrimp fried rice become yellow and with no veggies in it? My husband had the kung pao chicken that was super tasteless. I also ordered crab Rangoon which was decent at best. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere.

So my daughter and I went in to order and the guy behind the counter right in front of us was picking his nose and pulling out boogers and putting them on something at the counter!!! He did this three times never stopped as I stood there and watched him in complete disbelief! I should have said something to him instead we just left politely. I would advise everyone to stay away from here I didn’t see any other employees so I’m sure he was going to be the one cooking our food.

Ordered Mongolian Chicken and Orange Chicken Combo- was excellent! Great flavors and amazing mix of vegetables that compliment the chicken in a beautiful spicy/sweet sauce. Water Chestnut, snow peas, celery, fancy cut carrots, and green bell peppers. All containers were very full of food and piping hot, lots of sauce packets and fortune cookies thrown in too!

Good food and some of the biggest portion sizes I have ever seen. I got the general tso’s chicken and house special lo mein. Both were enjoyable and definitely enough to feed multiple people. Will come back
