Long story short I pulled up 10 minutes before closing and I ordered the 6 piece chicken basket..the woman at the drive thru I think her name was Catherine…provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! She let me know that they were dropping the chicken fresh just had to give her a shout out and we’ll definitely be going back ! Thanks again

I will never come here again. The burgers here taste like they have been soaked in hot water. No flavor at all. And on top of that the ice cream i ordered was melted and horrible, I tired calling them and asking to speak to a manager and he wouldn’t give me his name but I remembered what he looked like with a smal beard. Why would he give me his name? I’ll tell you why because he did t want me to report him to the owners. They show the lack of management. All I know is you should never give someone ice cream that was melted. I will never come here ever again. What a joke of a DQ. What a shame.

I love stopping by this dq! The crew makes you feel welcomed as soon as you step through the doors. On top of that, they’re pretty quick with orders for our ice cream but a little longer for our food. The remodel is amazing and I appreciate the music to wait to now.

I’ve been coming here since I went to FHS 16 years ago. It takes a lot for me to be done with a location. With the rising cost of everything, I cannot continue to support a business that could care less about their customers satisfaction.
Seems to be all high school kids that could care less. The last time 3 times I ordered blizzards, they were small or medium and not blended all the way to the bottom. Half a cup of blizzard, half a cup of vanilla soft serve.
I ordered a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard the last time I was there. Should be made with chocolate soft serve or cocoa fudge if the chocolate soft serve is out. My ice cream was WHITE. The whole point is for it to be extra chocolatey! And the lady up front decided to give me attitude and argue with me about it instead of remaking it. Her coworker had to come to the front and tell her to remake it, while she stared me dead in the eye and dropped the other one in the trash dramatically. Not sure what she was auditioning for but obviously I didn’t want the one without chocolate lol… This was also part of a 7$ ($9) meal deal which was cold and old.
I understand the $7 meal deal isn’t the full chicken strip basket. But to receive 3 cold nuggets? And cold fries when nobody was there? They served me food that had been sitting for God knows how long. I was also given gravy instead of honey mustard. This has also happened three times now.
After waiting for a remake, I was reserved my old food, refried in the deep fryer, and a properly made blizzard. I decided it was less hassle to just never return after that instead of argue w people who obviously do not care about themselves, their job or their customers.
As a former DQ employee, I cannot believe this location still receives business. Take your money to E. Main or Kirtland. No talking back from employees and properly made products for the insane amount of money Dairy Queen asks. I’m sure they won’t see this review but it’s here anyways.

Our family frequently visits and enjoys dairy queen for our peanut buster parfaits, blizzards, banana splits and dipped cones. Tonight was an exception, my daughter took a bit only to find a huge piece of sharp plastic in her ice cream that could have been easily swallowed. She immediately fished it out of her mouth with her fingers and ran to show it to me. I took a picture of the piece of the plastic shard and saved it in a zip lock bag. It could have been so much worse because my daughter was sharing with her baby brother just seconds before she found the glass with the top of her mouth. My son could’ve had that plastic shard filled bite of ice cream and who knows how it would have turned out. This is beyond ridiculous. We have never had sharp plastic shards in our frozen desserts at Aspen Leaf, Baskin Robbins or Cold Stone. We will never be coming back to the Dairy Queen on Dustin. I tried calling the store but no answer.

This is not the first time the staff wss in a rude rush taking and making our 5 ice cream order. If something is no longer on the menu and discontinued take it off the menu and no need to be rude. The shake was runny and literally had a tiny bit of whipcream unlike the photos …..blizzards had very little toppings. Last time Im taking my business to this location. Im never given a receipt either.

Blizzards are more like cold milk with candy bits and the punk kids working here have ZERO skills in customer service. When i asked the guy to remake my blizzard he just looks at me and says ” bruhhh like , it’s fine” and he closed the window. Won’t go here again
