It’s been back and forth. It literally depends on who is working. Lately, they are out of bread. And even after waiting patiently for fresh bread for 15mins, was told it would be another 12mins. This was by the laziest employee they have, the asst. manager, who’s sandwiches are so trashy its not worth it. Ive had to take a spoon and literally scrape mayo off to try to eat my sandwich and had to trash it.
I’ll only eat there now if Terry’s working. I’ll walk out otherwise. The asst needs to be more like Terry!
(Side note: I only know Terry as an employee at this Subway location. This isn’t family or friends posting, just an honest observation!)

What’s the point of ONLINE ORDERS if we order at 440 & we sat there for 45 minutes waiting for it. Then you were RUDE to my wife? Happened today 10/24 @ 445-5. Do better. & read the ORDER. Literally a skill less job. Have called 5 times at 720 10/24 & nobody answers the phone.

HORRID!!!!! The 2 women working were awful! Terrible attitudes, rolling their eyes, complaining about orders coming in. One through a bag of chips over the counter into the dirty sink, then picked them out, and continued touching the food with the nasty gloves.

The was the worst experience I have had with subway! Tonight my husband went in to get us subs after going to the beach. As soon as he went in, an employee ignore him and didn’t not acknowledge him standing there. Then a lady came up and said to my husband, “ You know our ovens are down.” And was very rude about the situation. And don’t get me wrong, I totally understand things happen and it’s out of their control but my husband replied saying, “ If it’s still alright, we can take our subs cold.” Well my husband tells her our order and tells her, “ My Wife wants ‘ The Outlaw’ sandwich which only comes with Steak, Pepper Jack Cheese, Green Peppers, Red onions and Baja Chipotle sauce. When we got home from subway. The lady had put black olives, banana peppers and jalapeño on my sandwich when we specifically asked for the outlaw sandwich the way it came. This is a serious issue especially if someone had received this sandwich and had an allergies or couldn’t have those foods. It was unprofessional how things were handle and was waste of my time. Do better!

Said it was open. Got there, person rudely told me not open until 8. This subway has way to many issues all the time. Went back, all good

If it’s tiny girl, dont ask for sauce on the bread because apparently thats gonna make her have a bad attitude, because she apparently can’t reach arms length for the sauce.

Whomever owns or runs this place needs to update their Google landing page to reflect that they do NOT serve food until 10:00 pm. The night shift starts shutting down sometime between 9:00 and 9:30. I went in on Sunday evening at 9:30 because google said they were open till 10:00 everything was put away and I was told I needed to order using the app after 9:00. Huh?? How would using the app make it different? If that’s a policy put it out there so people know. So if you expect to walk in and get a sandwich after 9:00 pm go to Arby’s or What-A-Burger because you won’t be getting s sandwich at this place.

This is inside a very busy Circle K convenience store which results in long waits which is the reason for the 3stars. Otherwise, no complaints.

All I asked for was my salad to be chopped as finely as possible because I’m in the hospital and I can’t eat large pieces of food. One lady said “we don’t do that” and another young lady said oh I did it already. Thing is, it was not finely chopped. When I ordered one from The Subway in Cantonment they offered to do this which is why I wanted a subway salad. I just didnt realize they were incompetent at this store in Milton. Rest assured we won’t be back EVER!

I walked into the circle K that houses this Subway straight up to the counter. Larger woman walked out to the counter to,I thought, greet me. She had a very unpleasant look on her face a proceeded to ignore me while filling a mayonnaise bottle. Then she went in back again. If she had said hello and that she was gonna be with me in a second I would have been fine with that. Her whole demeanour said she wasn’t happy to be there and she was NOT happy I was there. So I left. People just don’t understand general pleasantries any more let alone customer service. What a sad place.
