I have ordered from this Chik-fil-A a few times now and it was good. The location is new so everything looks new and the exterior and interior are very clean. There is plenty of parking and space in the drive-thru. The workers are friendly and have good customer service. The location has not been crowded when I have visited so it does not take long to get your order and I have been during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is good but sort of pricey when compared to other fast food locations. I will visit it again.

TL;DR: I’ve never been to a slow or low quality Chick-fil-A and this is no exception.
We came on opening night and after waiting for far too long in the drive through line, we were able to park. The setup is not great for now, but the drive through line goes back towards the shopping center. I should note though that the wait was caused by the length of that line and not the movement.
When we did order at the counter, the food came blazing fast and fresh. Overall the drive through experience is probably fine, but the sit down experience was excellent and filled with the polite check-ins from management and other employees that you expect from this chain.
I had the 30-ct nugget with a fry and 2 drinks (split it with my wife). Out of 30 I found 1 that was less than great, but it was still good.
Disclosure: My niece works here, but that doesn’t flavor my review.

I have went here 5 times since they’ve opening and each time they have gotten something wrong. Just went through again and ordered 2 Diet Dr. Peppers. Got 1 diet 1 regular. I caught the mistake and pointed it out to them. They brought me another drink. I get home and it’s a regular Dr. Pepper. Not to mention the fries were cold. Chick-fil-A used to be consistently good and rarely would mess up on your order but both this one and Jonesboro have fallen off a cliff. I’ll be taking a break from them until they get it together.

This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been too. Fries were cold. Sandwich tasted like it was fried in old stanky oil. Drink was wrong. The “God Bless You” and “Have a blessed day” stuff has to stop. I don’t need to be proselytized to in the drive thru. I won’t be going back so I guess I won’t have to worry about it. If I want Chic fil a, I’ll drive to Jonesboro.

This was the best!! Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to no wait to sit about 3-8 mins waiting for food and they have chicken sandwiches and fries for breakfast every other Chick-fil-A I’ve got to only does biscuits and hash browns etc this the the BEST Chick-fil-A in AR!!!!!

Their chicken isn’t that good. I won’t be going back. I sat for 20 minutes in their line apparently for the privilege of driving around the store. Because no one ever took my order… Enjoy.

The menu lacks enough options to satisfy me but the restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful especially a young lady named Megan she helped me figure out what I wanted and even gave me the idea to try the cookies(YUM!)
