Food is always great as usual. There was a youg woman there who made it a big deal about giving me a cup of ranch… Even though they didn’t give me one when I picked up my order. I felt like she thought I was lying. Buy all in all she was polite and respectful.

What has happened to Domino’s pizza? This is not the same pizza of just a short 5 years ago. The crust tastes like cardboard, the toppings are bland and the pizza had very little sauce or cheese on it. This is not a good sign. Pretty sad when a little pizza from a gas station has more flavor than Domino’s. This tells me the company is in trouble. It was good while it lasted, but I won’t be back. The manager Alexis was very helpful and refunded my money. She understood the quality is just not there.

Waited for 15 minutes on curbside just for them to forget about my order and leave it sitting, not even hot. Everytime I order curbside they won’t ever bring it I have to go in. Also they hardly put any extra sauce when I ask or extra garlic on the crust even if I call ahead for specifications. People are nice but it’s frustrating to deal with inconsistency

I was sitting here enjoying the playoff game, saw a Domino’s commercial and thought “Lets see what all the fuss is about.” Glad I did! The new loaded tots are amazing just like the staff was. Not to mention the service was fast and the pizza is always good. Great experience!

Well, that’s one way to ensure I never place an order from the store 20 minutes before closing… or any order, ever again. Honestly, I would’ve been way less insulted if they’d called and said they couldn’t fulfill it. That would’ve been the mature thing to do.

We almost always go to the one over by Sam’s Club but my son put in an order and picked the wrong place, we had never been here before but they were good. I had no complaints at all, the pizza was great and they were nice!

Ordered online and was a little late to pick up but the gentleman who just brought my order out to my car was so pleasant and even made sure to properly explain the coupon he gave me! I didn’t get his name but I wish I had so I could give him credit! It was refreshing and I wish more employees these days were like him!

I ordered 2 pizzas for home delivery. Was texted at 6:02pm that the driver had left the store. It is approximately 1.5 miles away. At 6:20, I texted back as to where the driver was. Again at 6:25 After 6:30 I called and was told he had left, and I stated 30 minutes ago. Driver arrives at 6:35, I am standing 10 feet from him and he goes on down the parking lot. He finally walks back to the apartment, no hot bag and crushed boxes. I paid $50+ for this meal plus a $7+ tip. The cheese was stuck to the top of the box. I called several times before anyone would pick up. Finally a very young voice answered, and I explained exactly what happened. Her response, well, he was busy and hung up. Seriously, what has happened to customer service?? $50+ for pathetic service and not even trying to correct their mistake.
