Pick up scheduled at 5:30 PM on Sun 03/08/2026 at the Stephenville, TX location. I picked up at 5:40. Four of the five pizzas were burnt. This is the second order in a Row with this experience. I took pictures this time. It was for a birthday party.

Has been good. Today is a zero. Food was cold. Order was wrong. Not original breadsticks but nasty cold buttery garlic cheese something sticks. Extra cheese cups covered in it had to be washed off to open. Pizza tasted good when rewarmed in microwave.

Do not spend your money here. We ordered pizza and wings and only the pizza was delivered. Their options were they will get the wings sent out or give me a credit which I could not use online. Then we opened the pizza and it looked like this. A large pizza and half of it is crust. Might as well of ordered a medium and pay less if that is all we are getting. Also, teach your employees how to cut a pizza. This is ridiculous, our pizza was like this last time and we didn’t say anything about it, saying maybe they were just having a rough night since the last order was on a Friday, but here it is Tuesday and it’s even worse. Tried to upload pics, but can’t find where to add them.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered online. Payment went through, showed them the receipt and they still refused to make pizza. To top it off they were extremely rude to my wife. Not a way to run a business in small town Texas. We will never be back.

This is the best pizza place I just came from Arizona and no one wanted to deliver pizza bc I was out of there delivery even tho I loved 2 miles away and papa John had my back and was the only one that came to deliver to me I love you so much ❤️

Third time in a row that I’ve received a slightly warm pizza about an hour past ETA. First time I received a free pizza, second time I called and complained and received another free pizza and this time I wrote customer service. Last time I use Papa Johns in Baton Rouge. Great franchise, horrific location and lazy service.
